The front counter was helpful. Early check-in. Great location. Walking distance to places of interest Need to improve breakfast buffet varieties and also pls keep them warm.

For Muslim traveller with kids or solo, if u walk pass to the nearer fire station there's is the small alley u can access to go for Halal restaurant. U can search to Google maps its help a lot. Location very good super convenient Staff in front desk all good and pretty face Housekeeping staff was excellent even we not in good conversation but still she's always try to help. Thank you! And for the aunty at the cafe restaurant I hope u all the best and stay healthy! We supposed to say good bye to you for the last night and had breakfast to the restaurant but we couldn't make it due my kids all tired and sleep till afternoon. I lost my gold bracelet in here but couldn't find it, hope if the hotel or who else find it in there please let me know . There is no iron and board so you can bring ur own also the toilet don't have pipe water ,pls bring ur bottle to wash ur bam bam. Laundry at 23 floor and provide soap as well. Overall stay was excellent! The only thing is actually same with others traveller is cigarettes smell everywhere. Thank you to all the staff in here . I love china people.

Nice location as Beijing lou is around the corner. Lot of eateries near by. Check in and check out was easy. Staff was nice. Chinese breakfast was good. Room was clean and good enough for a solo traveller.

The hotel location is superb! Even though the building doesn’t look outstanding but the rooms were great as well as the toilet! The hotel staff communication could be better. There is free self laundry service at floor 23.

Very disappointed with the hotel. Booked 6 twin rooms for 12 families. The hotel check-in time should start by 2pm as what hotel policy stated but I got 2 rooms by 3pm then 2 rooms by 4pm and then 2 more rooms by 6pm. The reason provided is they only have one cleaner. We all reached Guangzhou by 4am, wanted to take a rest only. Understand for better security, only with room card can go to a specific level via lift and they never arrange the rooms to be on the same floors which made us go up and down to check in new rooms and move luggage up and down. I think I won't book this hotel again even though the location are good and easy to access.
