Ulasan Yishang Hotel (Guangzhou Tianhe Zhengjia Plaza)

The staff is friendly, but the room is small and the black mold on the toilet ceiling is disgusting.

Location was good in the sense it’s just opposite a mall with a supermarket and there are 24h food options to the left of the hotel. Plenty of cat and dog cafes just behind the hotel which makes it a nice place to browse. Clean room, the only downside would be the lack of a mini fridge. Optional items such as makeup removers and alcohol wipes are available from the front desk. Front desk staff are amazing in helping me with my parcel delivery problems that I encountered. So kudos to them!

First day no room to change room( due to noisy room, cannot sleep)hassle to pack and unpack next day , however the staff very efficient to offer change room next day with complimentary breakfast and fruits platter Overall , the room is clean and comfy , staff very friendly and very polite Recommend to stay

Great hotel but the rooms can be a maze to locate in the labyrinth when only one lift exists. Service is good

Location and service is superior, service is great. Huge shopping mall and many restaurants within walking distance. The only thing is the wifi only works if you have a mainland number.

酒店位置很好，附近商場林立，有很多吃的玩的買的。離地鐵站也近，對面就有直通車回港，很方便！ 酒店的設施比較少，早餐一般般，好在附近有很多其他選擇。

地理位置非常優越的説！旁邊天環廣場、正佳廣場、天河城、廣百….步行去花城廣場也就十分鐘，地鐵就在旁邊，一句話非常方便。吃喝玩樂不夜天，非常好👍
