Rooms are clean, location is perfect if your activity is around Tian Hong and Bai Yun Leather. Front staffs are very nice . I will come back again next time !

At it's best.

This lavande is located right in the heart of bag/leather market of Guangzhou. Nearest metro station is - Guangzhou railway station which is about 10 minutes walk to the entrance A/B (near about 800 meters or so). Breakfast is good and the front office service is excellent. They helped me to book Didi online taxi many times. Rooms are clean and neat. Lavande has a minimum guarantee always! Self service laundry is available if you want to wash clothes.

The (only) positive aspect is that the room is absolutely clean and very comfortable. However: 1) unless you want to visit the leather / suitcase market, the location is bad. It is 18 minutes away from the subway / railway station (there is no exit on this side of the tracks, so you have to turn around), and it is not lively at all. There are no restaurants around and the walk is frightening (by Chinese standards). 2) the breakfast is the worst we had in one month in China. Hot dishes are cold and fat, the hotel does not connect milk to the coffee machine, so that you cannot have cappuccino. Moreover, the noodle soup is self service only, which makes it hard to do anything good if you're a foreigner.

Good location, just needed a little more signage for the elevator entrance to locate the Hotel. The Elevator is on the corner of the building and lacks English or other language identification, the guard however pointed it out, go to the third floor. Close to the Central Train Station and Metro, i.e. walking distance around 1000 meters, and part of the leather market complex, so no distance when setting out to begin a day's activity. Really easy to conduct a day's business, then come back and relax. Friendly staff also are of helpful assistance. Excellent breakfasts, clean, showers and facilities top notch for a Chinese hotel, modern China has caught up. The beds were excellent, comfortable, and a refreshing quiet night's sleep is easy in this environment. Only Chinese TV channels, perhaps they could look at the CCTV English addition, as well as the Russin, French and other language variants for visitors. Free wifi solved the problem and you can cast to the screen from a mobile or laptop device.
