The overall experience is great and the service is excellent. The reception went out of her way to help us with a phone we accidentally left in the car that fetches us from airport. The room is spacious and very well equipped. However, maintenance is slightly lacking and it may be an issue 1-2 years down the road if it continues this way. While the rest of the facilities are of good quality and very well functioning. Probably the only downside is the hotel surrounding isn’t so nice at this moment. That should hopefully change in a few years time when all construction are completed.

This was really a lovely hotel. Support led by Leila Pan and Lily were very kind and very attentive right from booking, follow up, and arrival. Receptionists: Christine and Echo were welcoming. The facility was excellent. Room service was the best. The housekeeper Cherry did a perfect job in decor, which was a big surprise. Service and food were 10/10. The views of Chaomen River were thrilling. A place I would recommend and definitely visit when in China

The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The check-in desk is located at Level 5. There were no signage to indicate that. The check-in and check-out process were completed smoothly. As had to stay there for quite a few days and managed to received help from a few staff. Would like to give special thanks to a few staff for their excellency services rendered to me - Frey, Amy, Joseph. Will recommend to friends and family.

One of the most pretty hotels in guanzhou, most service staffs can speak english. It was luxurious a d yet has a homely feeling as throughout the stay, free fruits and hot brewed drinks were served. All was well with exception to a room service order where I ordered mocha with oat milk and a juice. Only juice was delivered. Upon enquiring where is the coffee, staff said no oat milk so they only serve me juice. In every service delivery experience, they will contact me and further check if I want to proceed with milk which I will, but I was not given that option, the hotel staff decided for me I didnt want the coffee. When i asked why , they told me their coffee is too expensive maybe its not worth for me to drink … I was stunned at the reply.

My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard: 1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all; 2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again. 3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment. I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort. P.S.: Parking spaces were spacious and free
