Hotel berhampiran Jalan Beijing (Zon Pejalan Kaki) dan Dataran Hai Zhu, Guangzhou

Location is spot on. Rooms are of decent size. If u do choose a windowless room be prepared for a humid sticky floor. Customer service of front desk is lacking.

Sepanjang tempoh operasi percubaan, setelah beberapa ketika, bos mengatakan bahawa sarapan pagi kerana bar snek yang berdekatan sangat bagus, kira-kira 300 meter dari Jalan Pejalan Kaki Beijing Road, jadi tidak perlu bimbang tentang makan, bermain, bersenang-senang menyeronokkan dan menjual produk tempatan. Hiasan hotel sangat kreatif. Bos dengan berhati-hati meletakkan gambar lama di Jalan Beijing lama di kedua-dua sisi koridor, supaya pengunjung dapat memahami sejarah bandar lama Guangzhou dan rupa kota baru. Saya sangat mengesyorkan James Coffee Hotel untuk tinggal di persekitaran kebersihan dan pengangkutan yang mudah. Jaraknya sekitar 100 meter dari Metro Line 6. Lain kali saya datang ke Guangzhou, saya akan memilih James Coffee Hotel.

Pros: location was great, about 10-15 mins walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street for shopping. The popular Guangzhou Restaurant chain has a location in the building next door on the 5th floor. Hotel breakfast was decent, with a combination of Chinese and some western dishes. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Cons: the sink in the hotel room leaked water all over the floor so the hotel moved us to another room on the same floor. We stayed for 2 nights - someone rang our doorbell at around 11+pm the first night, and no one responded when we asked. On the second night, someone rang our doorbell about 3 times, around 11+pm, 12+am and 4/5am, which was disconcerting and a major disturbance when we were trying to sleep. We provided feedback to the hotel when we checked out, hopefully the hotel will enhance the hotel security.

Perkhidmatan: Pembersihan sangat bersih dan tepat pada masanya selepas tinggal selama tiga hari. Saya dan keluarga saya berpendapat bahawa Hotel Mercure akan datang lagi jika kami berpeluang untuk datang ke Guangzhou, dan kami juga akan mengesyorkannya kepada rakan dan keluarga kami.

This hotel is located at a plaza but has only 2 levels (level 3 and 4). Although the reception area is not impressive, the rooms were excellent. The twin bedded room that we stayed in were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They even provide a humidifier unit in the room. The air-condition were excellent and the bath water pressure were strong. There's even piped music which you can control (located next to the hair dryer socket). Excellent service with impetuous honesty: my wife left her handphone in the room after we checked out and only realised 5 hours later. We went back to the reception and they duly kept it safe for us to collect. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Location is great as it is walking distance to Beijing Lu (shopping street) and also to the cruise wharf. For those who commute using the metro, it is located near Haizhu Square stop.

Hotel is very clean and good. Fei Fei provided us with excellent service and helped us with food recommendation as well as refund of wrong booking

Location is good. Within walking distance to Line 1 Ximenkou Exit or D. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and out is fast. Plenty of eateries around hotel. WiFi is abit laggy.

This is my first time to stay in One&One, even though I've been staying in other hotel management from the same building with different floor. As a frequent traveller, my highest priority will be location and cleanliness. Location: 5 out of 5 (3 minutes walk from subway station, lots of restaurants around the area, shopping area, Pekking Street) Cleanliness: 3 out of 5 (some hair observed from the floor) Highly recommended for this hotel for both business and leisure oriented visitors.

Location from the hotel was a slight distance from the train station and also the famous and buzzling Beijing Road. However, distance is not too far and it’s safe to walk back safely even it’s 11pm for a lady. There’s a 7-11 across the road and getting some snacks or drinks is easy. Hotel has a good pier view from some hotel rooms and from the gym. Staff from the hotel are very friendly and they showed care and concern when I’m unwell during the stay. They asked if the rooms needs to be tidied up, replenish necessities or items and some staff also extended their help by getting food for me. 予兮 also checked in with me on my condition to ensure that I’m well and showed care and concern during the trip. So thankful for meeting such a great person and not forgetting the Atour team too! You guys rocks!!
