Everything good, the staff was very nice and helpful even if no one could spoke a single word in english. However the hotel is very far from the city centre and very far from the metro station (a bus running only until 11pm connects the hotel to the metro station).
So I would recommend to tourist to choose a different area

Very near to Chime long Safari Park, around 10 minutes walk. There is a mall opposite the hotel, so it's very convenient for shopping and dining. Overall it's good and worth the money. The room was also very clean and the beds were very comfortable also. The only bad thing is the terrible traffic in front of the hotel and the road is under construction which make it very dusty outside.

空調製冷效果槓槓的，滿分！810房間，我自己給自己做個筆記，下次來，還要住這間哈哈哈馬桶是智能的，但不知道是壞了還是本來是醬紫的，隔幾分鐘就自動沖水一次，挺費水費電的，離店前給前台反應了，不知道處理如何！嗯，還有個小問題，就是我這房間沒wifi，還好我流量多，對我沒影響！總體下來，我個人還是很滿意的！

Arriving at the airport without any prior bookings, I was fortunate to come across this brand-new Hilton property. My experience with this hotel, booked through Trip.com, exceeded all expectations. From the convenient transfer service to the warm hospitality extended by the staff, every aspect of my stay was truly remarkable.
Arrival and Check-in:
Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The transfer service was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities.
Room and Amenities:
The room itself surpassed my expectations. The cleanliness, modern decor, and attention to detail were truly impressive. I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

总的来说，我在凯悦奇妙酒店的住宿令人沮丧。员工的不专业、缺乏客房服务、错过的接机和初始的 Wi-Fi 问题都严重影响了体验。
**鉴于这次经历，我强烈建议潜在客人管理好自己的期望，并考虑选择机场附近的其他酒店，这些酒店提供可靠的接机服务并提供更友好的氛围。

PPengguna TetamuLocation is very convenient. Walkable distance to the river and some parks. There are plenty of places to eat at the hotel or inside the building(k11). The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. NNat.nVery nice and really 5 star hotel . The service on the desk is really nice . People are there very hospitality. If something need the service helps very quickly .
The only minus - this is a really strange that in such nice and good hotel there is just one coffee machine in the breakfast - and it breaks all the time. To drink coffee it is a really problem.

PPengguna TetamuCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

PPengguna Tetamu春節帶家人來廣州旅遊幾天，選擇了北京路這間酒店，離地鐵站很近，交通也十分方便，但是第一眼看到大廈的時候還是有點擔心的，畢竟在北京路老城區，看起來就很挺老舊了也怕裏面很臟，這裏人也特別多，怕晚上會特別吵，但是入住後發現房間裏面的裝修還是挺新的，設備也很齊全，晚上睡覺並沒有很吵，有烘乾機和洗衣機很適合我們帶小孩的家庭出遊，酒店也提供了洗面奶和卸粧用品，完全不用自己帶，而且酒店也很貼心地給我們送上了新春禮物，都是一些免費的食品，過年價格雖然高點，但是也可以理解，單憑地理環境和服務質量就讓我們住得很舒心了，以後還會再來這裏住。

PPengguna TetamuThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.
