説實話，酒店裝修有點久了，風格有點舊，但老闆娘態度好，本來12點前就要退房的，我們要等兒子考完試，跟老闆娘説能不能晚點退，老闆娘爽快的答應了，這一點很贊哦，天氣太熱了，解決我們的大問題，還有就是酒店旁邊路口處有一個小哥在騙人去前面的停車場，説是酒店沒車位了，害我們老老小小從那麼遠的地方走過來，後來發現不對勁才問了一下前台，根本不是酒店的人，這樣很影響客人心情的，得管一下，酒店寧寧，是有車位免費停車的，我也是看中這一點

房間衞生很好，細節的地方也很乾凈。老闆很用心，去的時候，濕氣太重了，但老闆提前很長時間把房間空調打開進行除濕。地理位置優越，鬧中取靜，挺好的。早餐很用心。各式各樣的點心，卷膜，油條，豆漿，拌飯，醬香餅~~~味道很不錯。更值得稱讚的是藍牙耳機落在了房間裏，老闆很熱心的把耳機給我郵寄回來了。非常感謝！非常值得推薦的地方

The staff is sweet, especially the receptionist girl so cute and nice! Very professional! I liked the whole stay! They are so kind and helped me with my kuaidi as well! Clean! Location is nice they have lanzhou ramen downstairs which is good as well! I didn’t like the first day on the first flood the guy asked my passport and asked me where the passport was from? I said Mongolia. He said Mongolia belongs to China and I could use ID to register. Trust me, if any inner mongolian was traveling they would be smart enough to use their ID because they are traveling domestically. I presented my passport because I am aware i am a foreigner. There was no use of insulting me and my country saying it belongs to China! He needs to study geography if he is working for a hotel and not to insult clients countries and their whole identity! He needs to learn to normalize insulting others countries is bad! Apparently he is not a person who decides what country belongs to where!

定之前看到網上很多惡評還是有點擔心的，實際入住感覺也還好吧，確實有缺點，各打五十大板綜評個4分好了優點房間乾淨，地方也挺大的，投影可以用手機隨便投，晚上爽看5ds，服務也挺好的很耐心，確實有暖氣不過是電熱器，附近就是住宅區，購物很方便，地鐵站也很近。缺點確實存在貨不對板，實際店面和網上登記的名字不一樣，隔音也不怎麼行，晚上睡覺被隔壁聊天吵醒

OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims. The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country. Overall experience was quite good.

Hotel provide morning breakfast starts 6am and, offer free bus transport to the airport, this really help alot for me to catch the early morning flight in a convenient and easy way. The counter staff 小金 is very supportive and helpful, thanks for his friendly service to us who are senior citizens.... The bath room was having some issue and we could not bath, room staff resolved the issue quickly by moving us to another room. For those who need to catch up early morning flight at Baiyun Airport, I recommend you to consider this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is very convenient. Walkable distance to the river and some parks. There are plenty of places to eat at the hotel or inside the building(k11). The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. PPengguna TetamuCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...). My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily. Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city. My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp. The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers. I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay.. Overall, think Airbnb apartment. The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators. BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.

PPengguna TetamuThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
