Hotel berhampiran Monument of Shakee Massacre, Guangzhou

We booked a river view suite. Though the room was a bit dated but its size and floorplan was more like a presidential suite especially overlooking the pearl River. The river view was very grand and unblocking.. We really enjoyed the night view with multiple nightly cruises passed by every evening. The 5 star White swan hotel, people s bridge and ”sand face Island” were all within our view. As we are more like vegetarian, the Asian breakfast buffet have enough dishes for our taste. In fact, I can accept eating that type of breakfast everyday. To enhance your experience, you can walk across the people's bridge to ”sand face Island” through the old French style buildings and finally lead to the white swan hotel (if your budget allow, have a meal there). Of course, we did all those and more. What I didn't like and what the hotel needs to improve, please give hotel guests free access to the spa within the same building.

Spontaneously, it was decided in favor of an individual trip to China. Amazing trip!!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

房間很大看着很好，但衞生很差，四周圍都很大灰塵，床頭那麼臟都沒擦一下（我用濕紙巾輕輕一擦就擦掉了），房間的被子好大幾塊黑印（是有幾塊不是一塊），像用腳踩上去一樣（忘拍照了）打電話去前台幫忙重新換了（點贊👍🏻），但前台催退房太嚴重，才十一點，就打電話來提醒退房，説怕化粧什麼的弄到過了十二點退房（後來見到好幾個來辦入住的，估計是想我快點走了搞衞生，好讓下一個快點入住）

The room with window is useless actually cos it opened to a staircase n a door next to the window where workers put all laundry. It is as good as no window. The front office people are polite n helpful

The premium twin bedroom was excellent. Comfortable beds, lots of space, great shower and bathroom. AC was quiet but very effective. Window can be opened. No streetnoise at night or in the morning. Location depends on where you wanna go to. Cathedral is 1 street away. Same for metro Yide Lu (5 minutes walk). Shamian is a nice walk along the river (20 minutes). Beijing Lu shopping area 1 metro stop. If you walk to the Hualin temple you will pass the impressive clothes selling area. Canton Tower area about 30 minutes by metro. South railway station 35 minutes by metro. Coffee shop across the street for breakfast. Reception speaks Chinese only. If you don’t use a translator app (Ali or Google). Recommended!!

Set your expectation right. For the price, the location and it is. 3 star hotel, I think they are decently good enough and provide good service. I will consider using this hotel chain again when visiting next time.

Stayed here because it is near showing street and many restaurants, hotel is basic but clean , a language issue but can solved with translator , overall a good experience in the price, guess , will stay here more, because all okay.

Nice place just above a mall that sells a wide variety of electronics. Room comes with a smart speaker that is able to control the curtain, lighting, play music, and speak with you. Toilet is clean and has fancy shower control

pertama! Salah satu sebab mengapa saya memilih hotel ini! Ya, ia adalah hotel milik (Kumpulan AccorHotels) yang terkenal di Perancis di Eropah!  Jadi saya fikir akan ada tahap perlindungan tertentu dari segi perkhidmatan dan sanitasi alam sekitar! *Jika anda berpusat di Guangzhou (Jalan Pejalan Kaki Jalan Beijing), maka pilihan Mercure Hotel anda adalah pilihan yang bijak Jalan Pejalan Kaki Beijing Road hanya di tingkat bawah! Dan hotel ini agak dekat dengan (stesen kereta api bawah tanah Laluan 6)!  *Terdapat pusat membeli-belah yang berbeza di sekitar hotel, yang sangat mudah untuk membeli-belah dan menjamu selera. *Kebersihan bilik juga agak baik, dan bilik mandi juga mempunyai tandas pintar! *Untuk sarapan pagi pula, ianya terletak di tingkat 29. Terdapat pelbagai jenis makanan untuk dipilih dan rasanya sedap! Secara keseluruhannya...(menginap selama tiga malam, saya rasa baik)!  **Tempat di mana mata akan dipotong ialah bilik mandi (tiada tab mandi)** **Mata akan ditolak, pancuran mandian bilik mandi (tekanan air rendah)** **Mata akan ditolak kerana sesetengah kakitangan hotel tidak begitu sopan**  (Termasuk meja penyambut tetamu individu dan atendan bahagian bagasi dan pelayan restoran)  (Kurang inisiatif dan senyuman)
