我真的無語，接上一條。 第一天第一次跳閘，前台沒有提出任何有效解決方案，我也以為是我自己吹頭髮用熱風的問題。忍一忍遠原房續住了。 結果第二天深夜看電視，再一次跳閘了。這一次擔心保安已經睡著了，於是自己冒着有電的風險推了電閘。並且後面也不敢開空調睡覺，熱。 本來我不想再給差評。因為第二天醒，酒店經理給出了我可以接受的賠償方案，態度也可以。電話中沒有提到要先給好評才能補償的事情。 結果，後面離店之後，前台聯繫我説要先賠償商議的一半，等我刪掉差評再寫一條好評才能賠償我另一半。一開始我覺得可以接受寫好評。畢竟經理態度也不錯。如果要給好評也是我自願的。 然而後麪就演變成了逼我寫好評不然不賠償。並且輪流打電話讓**作。 實在是心裏不舒服。不僅是硬件有問題，還有服務管理。 首先有問題沒有第一時間解決，其次好評為指標，解決問題盲目kpi化。 最後，攜程説商家不願意按原來商議好的進行賠償，他們也沒辦法，衹能攜程自己賠償另一半。 真的無語，希望經理好好思考一下，酒店管理之道，任重道遠。。
