This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others. My stay wouldn’t have been so wonderful without your assistance.

Booked this hotel as the hotel is near my friend’s apartment. The room is clean and they replenished water. Will book again next time when I visit my friend again!

great location, new hotel all facilities are great, mini kitchenette and very functional would be good if a cooker hub is included . the nice ladies at the front desk helped with taxi arrangements ,also granted me late checkout. overall experience was wonderful. this is the second home2 suites hotel am staying and both met my expectations

Saya terjumpa hotel jenama Litu ini secara tidak sengaja. Bersebelahan dengan Dataran Zhitai di Stesen Luogang di Laluan 6, pengangkutan adalah mudah. Wah, sebenarnya ada tempat letak kereta percuma, yang sangat memudahkan pemilik kereta. Sebaik sahaja anda memasuki lobi, ia adalah kegemaran bagi mereka yang suka ***a Chidori~ Ia luas, terang, bersih dan sangat selesa. TV skrin besar 55 inci di dalam bilik sangat menyeronokkan sehingga orang tidak mahu tidur. Tidak salah, saya akan datang lagi lain kali saya menginap

此次出行，美豪麗致酒店給了我超乎預期的入住體驗，必須點贊！ 踏入酒店，前台的專業與熱情便撲面而來。辦理入住高效流暢，工作人員小東還貼心地為我介紹周邊景點、美食，繪製簡易地圖，讓初來乍到的我瞬間安心，賓至如歸之感油然而生。 房間更是一大驚喜。推門而入，整潔敞亮，毫無異味。床鋪柔軟舒適，床墊貼合身體曲線，助我每晚酣然入夢，醒來神清氣爽。床品細節滿分，被罩床單潔白無污漬，針線細密，足見品質。浴室乾濕分離，設施嶄新，熱水即開即有，水壓穩定，沐浴用品品質上乘，香氣宜人，洗去旅途疲憊。酒店餐飲同樣出色。自助早餐種類豐富，從熱氣騰騰的中式粥點、油條豆漿，到精緻西式麪包、火腿煎蛋，滿足不同味蕾。食材新鮮，烹飪用心，用餐環境優雅，服務員添補及時，開啟活力滿滿的一天。也配備洗衣房，非常方便過來遊玩，，剛好過來考試，非常方便，也有熨斗，其他的用品休閑設施也不容小覷。健身房器材齊全，維護良好，還能俯瞰城市美景，運動不再枯燥。晚上客服人員會主動詢問入住體驗，送來糖水和熱牛奶，讓人倍感温暖，在美豪麗致酒店，我感受到的不只是住宿，更是全方位的關懷與舒適。下次出行，這裏必是我的首選，也推薦給各位旅人，來此收穫美好旅途記憶。

放暑假同小朋友出來玩下水，於是在攜程訂左3間親子房，住剛翻新過的翡翠樓，每個房間都有按不同故事佈置，小朋友好高興。 房間乾淨，空間都可以，還有一個私人大露台，還有歡迎水果送，只有在攜程訂房先有依個禮遇。 只是水上樂園開門時間有的不太合理吧，時間是下午2點至晚上9點。 一家十多人開3台車，有一台下午出發來到想着先浸温泉，明天早上吃好早餐再帶小朋友去玩，點知失望而回。因為無留意時間，衹能怪自己。 温泉就早上9點開了，十個池開左一半，都夠了，因為現在天氣浸的人唔多。 早餐雖然品種唔多，可以管飽。 服務態度很好，特別是前台同執房間的靚姐姐，辛苦了。

臨時決定泡温泉，在高速上搜有1.5m以上的雙床房，跳出來這家，當時沒看認真，以為是2023年開業的，到了之後大堂還行，房間比較舊，而且一進門有點味道，就是國企接待賓館的感覺😂 再打開攜程看一下，原來人家寫的是“2023年裝修”😂😂😂但是這看着也不像新裝修的，問了一下酒店人員，原來是A棟裝修了，我們的房間在C棟，可能沒裝修。 本來覺得有點坑，但是酒店的服務態度很好，從前台到打掃阿姨都很熱情，而且泡池放水之前有人過來用消毒水當面清洗消毒，這點很加分。泡池在陽台，比起現在新開的温泉酒店，這個房間泡池算很大了，4個人在裏面一點都不擠，而且用鵝*石鋪的池子坐着很舒服，陽台外面的樹很高，隱蔽性很好，看不到前後左右上下，突然就覺得論審美還得是以前的老闆😂😂😂而且國慶假期，600+的價格，這樣的房間，有1池水，有3份早餐，也算對得起它的價位😂

臨時出差到從化，回程的路上下了一場大雨，把我們困住了。剛好看到旁邊有個酒店，打算住一晚，前台接待員非常的熱情，我們訂9號樓的私湯客房，房間乾淨整潔，設備齊全，室內有獨立的泡池，可以好好享受一下，餐廳就在旁邊，用餐也很方便，味道不錯，很有從化特色味道。這家店值得推薦哦

Exceptional hotel, reception very nice but limited English. Rooms very clean, modern, has gym, laundry, refreshments & snacks at lobby. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Guangzhou short or long stay. The only improvement I can suggest is adjust the air conditioning so it doesn't blows straight on you while in bed sleeping. Otherwise perfect hotel.
