Mercure @ Tianhe is located in an excellent location - 10 min walk away from a wide range of large malls including Grandview Mall, TeeMall@Tianhe, Victory Square, Tianhe Fashion Walk. With easy access to taxis, we are able to travel to other parts of Guangzhou from the hotel with ease. The hotel is spacious, clean, well maintained, well equipped and staffed by highly trained and helpful staff. The morning breakfast buffet is value for money - it has a wide range to suit health conscious individuals like myself and picky eaters like my children. We stayed there for 9 nights and our view from the 25th floor is spectacular especially at night. The staff were also very sweet and thoughtful - they took the initiative to pack breakfast for us ahead of our early flight at 6am so that we could have a warm and sumptuous meal at the airport before we departed. We highly recommend this hotel to any families looking for a clean, spacious, safe and accessible location for an amazing time in Guangzhou.

The hotel have very good location,  just in front of the metro Shipaqiao station line 3  very convenient to go to Airport. There are 5 shopping mall and underground shopping mall, many restaurant. I highly recommend to you to choose this hotel. Staffs very helpful. The room has a comfy bed and huge TV.

Ini adalah kali pertama saya menginap di hotel bertemakan kopi retro, dan saya mendapat segulung kopi dan baucar urutan 100 yuan. Katil sangat selesa dan saya tidak mempunyai masalah untuk tidur. Saya berpuas hati dalam setiap aspek, malah pelayan itu menangguhkan penginapan saya sehingga pukul dua.

The place was amazing! I told them I would arrive early around 10:30am and they gave me my room 10 minutes after arrival. The room was clean, smelt fresh and had everything I needed for my stay. There is a McDonald’s right at the entrance and also the subway was literally right there. The staff was also so very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend 10/10. 😊

Everything abt this hotel are so good.. Location is so convenient. Abv train station and shopping malls and Beijing street with lots of food n shopping. Reception counter staff are very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in early and slight late check out. The only problem i had was the shower head water pressure. But overall its acceptable. House keeping staff is also very prompt whenever we call to request for items. She's very attentive to the number of pax checked into the room and ensure we have sufficient towel n toiletries

The hotel's location is fantastic, as it’s strategically situated near a variety of eateries and shopping malls. Both the day and night shift teams were super friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. To celebrate my child’s birthday, the hotel provided a free breakfast for two adults, which was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. It added a special touch to our trip and made the occasion even more memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment for our family to relax after a busy day. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offers a self-service laundry facility, which was very convenient for longer stays. Being able to handle our laundry needs on-site saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou. It combines an unbeatable location, excellent service, and great amenities to provide a truly enjoyable stay.

Walaupun saya sangat cerewet, saya sangat berpuas hati kali ini. 1. Lokasinya sangat baik, hanya di Jalan Beijing Terdapat semua jenis makanan istimewa selebriti Internet di tingkat 24 dan penebat bunyinya sangat bagus. 2. Kebersihan: Reka bentuk yang sangat baharu, bersih, mesra pengguna, tandas pintar dan kawalan cahaya semuanya sangat baik. Dua besar dan satu kecil, 1.2 katil berkembar disatukan adalah sangat besar, selimutnya selesa dan tidak berbau. 3. Perkhidmatan: Sangat bertimbang rasa dan bersedia untuk berkomunikasi.

Ini adalah hotel yang sangat bagus dengan harga yang hebat. Saya menikmati penginapan saya di sini selama 3 malam dan saya berharap saya boleh tinggal lebih lama. Katil sangat selesa, aircond sangat sejuk, bilik luas dan besar, dan sangat bersih juga. Lokasi juga bagus, dengan harga ini saya rasa anda tidak boleh menemui hotel lain yang lebih baik daripada ini. Saya pasti akan tinggal di hotel ini lagi jika saya melawat GuangZhou lagi.

Di luar hotel adalah Jalan Pejalan Kaki Jalan Beijing, yang sangat mudah untuk dimakan. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan tarikan Kuil Buddha Besar dan hanya 900m dari Metro Haizhu. Kakitangan hotel juga sangat mengalu-alukan dan menaik taraf bilik saya secara percuma. memuaskan.

Ia mengambil masa 20 minit perjalanan dari lapangan terbang ke hotel (pada pukul 7 malam)/ kurang daripada 10 minit perjalanan dari hotel ke lapangan terbang (pada pukul 7 pagi), cuba menelefon untuk menempah pemindahan lapangan terbang menggunakan panggilan internet percuma tetapi talian tidak baik. Tetapi kemudian mereka menghantar mesej kepada saya memberikan saya nombor WeChat untuk menghubungi saya untuk tempahan pemindahan. Terdapat banyak restoran berdekatan dalam jarak berjalan kaki, terdapat juga restoran dimsum 24/7 di sebelah hotel. Biliknya ok (tidak mendengar bunyi pesawat), tekanan air kuat, penyambut tetamu wanita agak sejuk pada pendapat saya tetapi tidak mengapa. Ia bagus untuk transit transit.
