Hotel berhampiran Sun Yat-sen University Biology Museum, Guangzhou

This is our second stay after a short trip to Shunde. This hotel still radiates the same warmth and friendliness that I haven't seen in other places. The staff are amazing and will do everything to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. After a lot of rain, the air conditioning started giving off a musty smell. We let reception know, and they notified the cleaning staff to aerate the room and install an air purifier. After notifying them that the smell still existed, they immediately offered a different room for us, taking us up to inspect it and ensure it smelled fine. When we checked out and ordered a DiDi car, the staff helped take our luggage outside, waited with us, and even directed the DiDi car in. Such an amazing experience. We would like give special thanks to the following staff: 李小姐 (for helping us switch rooms)，唐小姐，周小姐，彭小姐。Also special thanks to the lovely manager (sorry, I forgot to ask your name) who helped with our air conditioning and always smiled and greeted us during breakfast. We hope to see them again in our next visit to Guangzhou!

Excellent service provided by the (morning shift) front desk staff Ms Huai Ye (淮叶). She met all of needs during our 3 nights stay in Atour S Hotel. We had a Amazing experience staying here. We will recommend this Hotel to family and friends coming to GZ. The room is clean and the view of the riverside is Awesome !! This hotel is near to famous beijing road and very convenience to get food and shopping. 👍👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰

Ini adalah hotel terbaik untuk pilih daripada . Biliknya luas, bersih dan baru diubah suai. Biliknya terang dan bersih. bilik. Datang dengan perkakas moden dengan kawalan elektronik Lokasi Tirai adalah sangat mudah dan berhampiran dengan jalan beijing dan mrt. Banyak restoran terkenal mengelilingi hotel. Ini disyorkan untuk perjalanan keluarga, kakitangannya ramah dan sangat membantu.

The location is good. There is a foods street just opposite the hotel and just 5 minutes walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. Seperate toilet and shower area is great. There is free coffee machines and drinks at the hotel lobby so we can have coffee every morning. All the staffs are very friendly, the hotel even provides me more (4-5) bottles of drinking water everyday and late checkout till 2pm. The only cons are the soundproofing in the room is not that good, can hear the noise from next door and also outside the window. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Stayed during canton fair & a week after. Total 2+ weeks. Here are my feedback: - location can get any better. With Shipaiqiao metro station just few steps away. Exit b on the right & exit A on the left. I usually take exit A through the mall next door if u don’t want to climb steps. - mall next door called one link mall. It has all that you need. From food, shopping, Starbucks & others. - malls: there are series of malls next to each other. Walk through one link mall exit on the other side to reach to the enormous Grandview mall. Across grandview mall you get the popular underground mall. Continue straight you get the Tianhe sports complex mall. - there are many eateries around & 711/ family mart - taxi drop is either at the side of the hotel or Main Street which is advantage to go around but not so much when you have lots of luggage. So it’s good to ask driver to drop you at the side with your luggage. Take note that when searching with the hotel address in didi taxi app, you will get many different hotel names but they all lead to the same. - there are two hotels in the same building . Grand rezee & Elchic which is the actual name of the hotel on the building. -cleanliness: its very good. You will see some Aging/ scratches on furniture & others but overall very good - staff are willing to help. I tend to ask them for help not in peak hours. I had few times when they don’t reply or not so helpful & usually when they are busy which was understandable. I asked them to extend my checkout to 6 pm for free since I stayed 2+ weeks but they didn’t accept. So I paid for it. - breakfast just ok if you are used to western breakfast but otherwise is good. - laundry room, drinking station at lobby & other facilities are really good. - communication is usually through WeChat with staff. So any request I needed, I’ll message them. That came very useful as I don’t speak Chinese. - I’m solo traveller & felt very safe in the area - room: not as big but adequate. Most importantly, clean. Stayed on the 18th floor & the view was great. Bed is very firm for me so I had to ask for additional blanket & slept on it. Finally, I would say, if this is in your budget. Don’t hesitate to book it. Esp if it’s your first time in Guangzhou. P.s. free shuttle bus to canton fair was not helpful as it goes out very early at 8 & 8:10 am (I think most booth weren’t ready until around 10. And the coming back was so late at 5:50/ 6 pm. The fair closes around 4+. And the bus parks at area D where the rest of other hotel buses were at area A. The walk from area a to D is very far. So A A during my stay I did not use the bus. I really hope the hotel improves the timing for next year. Perhaps one early & one late to accommodate not only the booth owners but also the fair visitors.

Nice and clean room!! Worth the money !! Staffs are friendly and helpful. 100% non smoking room! Totally,recommended!!

Persekitaran hotel sangat baik, perkhidmatan meja depan baik, bilik naik taraf agak memuaskan, kemudahan agak lengkap, ada bilik dobi, dekat dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah, parking percuma, saya sangat berpuas hati👍

Semakan Lobinya luas dan terang, dengan ruang penerimaan tetamu, ruang rehat, dan bilik teh yang paling mengejutkan saya ialah terdapat ruang rundingan perniagaan di belakang meja depan dilengkapi dengan soket untuk mengecas. Setiap butiran telah difikirkan Saya terjumpa di Guangzhou di mana sarapan boleh dibungkus dan dibawa pulang. Terdapat bilik dobi dan gimnasium Anda boleh meletakkan pakaian di mesin basuh pelanggan mereka. Saya ingin membuat beberapa cadangan, tetapi saya benar-benar tidak dapat memikirkan apa-apa, ia akan menjadi sempurna jika bilik itu mempunyai tab mandi mandi di rumah. The staff, especially Yinxing, is very cheerful, helpful and attentive even though English is not their first language. The room is kept clean by the cleaners every day and we were very impressed that cloths are colour coded for cleaning different areas. Its location is very convenient and easily accessible by Metro to the various places of interest and shopping malls. Most surprised and happy that complimentary supper is provided nightly. Breakfast is simple as compared to some higher end hotels but it's good enough, since there's so much cheap & good food in GZ. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to our friends.
