Saya ingin menambah komen saya, Trip.com mempunyai kewajipan untuk memaklumkan jika hotel mempunyai kemudahan lif atau tidak. Kerana jika pelanggan mempunyai bagasi besar atau berat, tidak boleh menarik bagasi berat di atas tangga dan ia juga lebih sukar apabila kakitangan hotel tidak membantu atau tiada kakitangan untuk membantu anda, pelanggan akan menghadapi bahaya kesihatan. Anda dimaklumkan bahawa hotel ini tidak mempunyai lif dan ia tidak ditunjukkan semasa kami menempah hotel. Saya mendapati trip.com bersalah. Nota dan kemas kini.

The reception was nice. The location was very good. But the hotel from the time you enter smells a lot, including cigarettes, maybe they smoke inside, and also maybe part of it is because the building is old, not sure. But the room itself also has a very strong smell. Speciallly the first time you enter the room, it smells differently. To be honest the bed sheets were not that clean, I hope they can pay attention to this.

The location is good. There are many restaurants, bakery shops and grocery stores. Close to metro station around 200 m. The room is old. Some toilet equipments are poor and difficult to control cold and hot water.

Hiasan hotel agak ber***a dan baru. Ia terletak di tepi jalan. Lebih senang menaiki bas atau singgah sebentar. Terdapat juga restoran dan bank berdekatan. Biliknya sedikit lebih kecil dan kesan penebat bunyi agak baik.

Hotel Lavande dilakukan dengan standard yang satu ini sangat bagus dan lokasi yang bagus untuk menjelajahi kawasan sekitar tembok kota barat lama, dan tentu saja pintu gerbang. Rasanya hampir dengan semua perkara dan suara dari jalan tinggi tidak menjadi masalah

A good location near GZ Metro lines 1 and 2 and Beijing Pedestrian Street. I booked the Japanese style room so no furniture aside from the bed. Despite language barrier the staff was very helpful. I would stay again.

我們是5月9號下午到的酒店，當時接待我們的是一名非常帥氣的小哥，態度好客氣，而且超級熱情，看見我帶着小孩還贈了一瓶牛奶，這瓶牛奶不是多金貴，金貴的是人家的態度，能把客人當回事。14號早晨9點左右退房，在電梯裏又遇到了這位小哥，可能是趕上他接班。這些天全程被他的熱情所打動，若干年前，我也做過服務行業，但是實話實説，跟人家這位小哥相比，自己當年差得可不是一星半點。確實是得給他點贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The biggest hotel I’ve stayed in Guangzhou. Was very happy to see the huge room with a separate living area, bathtub, separate shower and toilet. Then the leakage happened. What a shame, don’t know why there is a flood whenever we use the shower. The bathtub, toilet area and sink area is fine, but the water will flood most of the toilet floor after shower, and the worst is there will be a foul smell that comes after. Shower room is just next to the beds, so we ensure the shower door is shut when we sleep to keep the smell away. Other than the shower mishap, everything is perfect, I was surprised to see they even have different charging lines near the dresser and the tv area, very thoughtful!Location is the best, shopping plaza just across the road with a delicious dim sum restaurant on the 2nd floor, be sure to go early, I reached close to 11am and que for almost an hour to get a seat. The super market in the shopping plaza is expensive but the bread offers buy 2 free 1 if you go after 8pm, the bread is so tasty, I brought back to sg and ate for 2 days it still taste very good. Bought kiwis and persimmon back to sg and both taste very good as well. Subway is just 3 mins away and easily to get taxis from the hotel or from the roadside. Walk about 30 mins to qing hui yuan, one of the famous garden in Guangzhou, visit the huang fei hong and ye wen gallery. Take the subway 2 stops to Beijing bu xing jie, plenty of shops and vibrant place, it’s a must go. Really love the location of this old hotel, so convenient and surrounded by shopping and eateries, just need to make sure to have a shower room that doesn’t leak.
