Hotel berhampiran The Sacred Heart Cathedral, Guangzhou

Very decent hotel for the price. Check in was easy, staff was polite. However, I was unable to find the staff for the first few minutes and had to wait at the entrance. The only issues I had were that the entrance of the hotel was not easy to find and I had to spend quite an amount of time trying to find the entrance. Once in the room, all was good. The bed was very comfortable, and all expected amenities are present.

The staff very helpful, nice, even help us keep the logistic item, when we out hunt for food, shopping. The only thing is the weather, since hotel so near to wholesale market, subwat station, and other restaurant...We can finish breafast then came back hotel for rest...

Would like to thank frond line Xiao Xe Je and Lo Lo Je for their excellent service during our stay. Really appreciates that a lot! Such a pleasant stay at your hotel! Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Bravo!!! Not forgetting the room service ladies too. Overall is good experience to stay at Hong Cheng Hotel.

Good service at front desk staff. Room cleanliness can be improved. Black mold can be found in bathroom and kitchen sink areas. Not good for health. Room may need some minor renovations, eg. wall painting, socket points need repairing as some were unusable, window sealing needs repairing as it was windy and the wind sounds kept whistling at the closed window all night long, disturbing sleep. Although there is a usable induction stove, but basic cooking utensils (ladles, bowls, plates, forks, spoons, etc) are not available. Only a pot was available upon request. However, the location is good. Close to major foodie spots in Yuexiu and Liwan areas, and river canal. Lide road Subway station is just walking distance. Area has old town vibe. Good value for money.

公寓位置很好，交通便利，靠近江邊和地鐵站，風景很好，房間很大，設施齊全，乾淨整潔舒適，多次入住，下次還回選擇！

The room is quite small. The toilet is alright just the bathing screen quite dirty. The towel is quite old. But they changed for me everyday. Downstairs is quite alot of restaurants and grocery store Quite convenient. Around there is rounded by all the wholesale toys, shoes, accessories, clothes. Within 30mins can reach mostly the attraction. Breakfast is simple breakfast: pao, siewmai, porridge, eggs and etc.

The premium twin bedroom was excellent. Comfortable beds, lots of space, great shower and bathroom. AC was quiet but very effective. Window can be opened. No streetnoise at night or in the morning. Location depends on where you wanna go to. Cathedral is 1 street away. Same for metro Yide Lu (5 minutes walk). Shamian is a nice walk along the river (20 minutes). Beijing Lu shopping area 1 metro stop. If you walk to the Hualin temple you will pass the impressive clothes selling area. Canton Tower area about 30 minutes by metro. South railway station 35 minutes by metro. Coffee shop across the street for breakfast. Reception speaks Chinese only. If you don’t use a translator app (Ali or Google). Recommended!!

The location is very good, but unfortunately not easy to find. The staff doesn't speak English, but somehow we could find a way to communicate together. I appreciate the effort. My Chinese is terrible. The worst for me was the cleaning. The apartment has many things dirty, on the bathroom, on the windows, on the mirror, on the sofa, etc. The space is really tiny, but is ok. The bed is very hard. I like hard beds, but just want to put this information for other travelers. The laundry machine works perfect!

Stayed here because it is near showing street and many restaurants, hotel is basic but clean , a language issue but can solved with translator , overall a good experience in the price, guess , will stay here more, because all okay.

pertama! Salah satu sebab mengapa saya memilih hotel ini! Ya, ia adalah hotel milik (Kumpulan AccorHotels) yang terkenal di Perancis di Eropah!  Jadi saya fikir akan ada tahap perlindungan tertentu dari segi perkhidmatan dan sanitasi alam sekitar! *Jika anda berpusat di Guangzhou (Jalan Pejalan Kaki Jalan Beijing), maka pilihan Mercure Hotel anda adalah pilihan yang bijak Jalan Pejalan Kaki Beijing Road hanya di tingkat bawah! Dan hotel ini agak dekat dengan (stesen kereta api bawah tanah Laluan 6)!  *Terdapat pusat membeli-belah yang berbeza di sekitar hotel, yang sangat mudah untuk membeli-belah dan menjamu selera. *Kebersihan bilik juga agak baik, dan bilik mandi juga mempunyai tandas pintar! *Untuk sarapan pagi pula, ianya terletak di tingkat 29. Terdapat pelbagai jenis makanan untuk dipilih dan rasanya sedap! Secara keseluruhannya...(menginap selama tiga malam, saya rasa baik)!  **Tempat di mana mata akan dipotong ialah bilik mandi (tiada tab mandi)** **Mata akan ditolak, pancuran mandian bilik mandi (tekanan air rendah)** **Mata akan ditolak kerana sesetengah kakitangan hotel tidak begitu sopan**  (Termasuk meja penyambut tetamu individu dan atendan bahagian bagasi dan pelayan restoran)  (Kurang inisiatif dan senyuman)
