Hotel berhampiran Water Curtain Cave, Guangzhou

It was amazing experience for my husband and me. We went to celebrate his birthday and to relax and enjoy the hot spri.g spa. The hotel room was with lake view. Very clean, all the facilities in the room were amazing: the bed was huge and comfi, the tea delicious.This is my second visit to the hotel and it was great. The spa was nice, with variety of baths with different temperature. There was a steam spa and sauna. All worked well. The staff was very nice and helful. The breakfast was with variety mainly Chinese choices of dishes, but very good. We were given tickets for the park and disconted tickets for tbe circus performance, which was absolutely amazing. We had a delicious lunch for two in the underwater restourante with excelent selection and service. Dream to go again in a short time

管家服務一級棒。有問題聯絡管家，都能第一時間迅速處理。 打掃阿姨認真，每日打掃、倒垃圾、換浴巾、補礦泉水、補衛生紙。 附:洗衣機+洗衣精，洗髮精+沐浴乳，電茶壺，拋棄式牙刷組+浴帽，衣架，拖鞋。 唯一美中不足的就是上一個房客抽菸，所以前三天整個客廳房間都是菸味，向管家反映後也迅速購買去除菸味的東西處理。

酒店地理位置好。周邊有很多吃飯的地方，底層有超市，買東西很方便。酒店房間大，設施齊全，用品好。24小時熱水提供，非常滿意。服務員熱情周到，有求必應。酒店前台蘇帥哥非常好，提供很多吃美食的訊息，我們是旅行來廣東品嚐美味的，遇到這位帥哥非常幸運，非常感謝他。酒店提供免費停車業務。自駕遊的住在這裏，性價比高。推薦一下。

I'm not one to complain and the amenities were very nice. Our problems started when they cleaned the room on our first and subsequent days. The man cleaning smelt like cigarettes and left his muddy shoe prints all over the room. Pillow cases were not changed or cleaned and the bed was just simply made. When we had washing to be done the hotel said it will be done the same day and the washing was not done but we had to leave so we just took our dirty washing back. I loved the location and felt truly at peace if these things were addressed I'd rate this better than visiting Sanya. Loved the gardens and the pond with the bull frogs. If you come to the hotel there is a shop to buy mosquito spray. You will need the spray for the room as stray mosquitos get in but it's not a major issue.

酒店衞生一般，床品蓋在身上感覺有點潮濕，房間外的陽台上有台小功率的洗衣機。洗衣服很方便，不滿意的是衞生間洗漱台上麪的鏡面櫃安裝一點都不合理，洗臉的時候頭低下去很容易磕到鏡子，洗澡換洗的乾淨衣服衹能放在鏡面櫃裏麪，除此之外浴室找不到一個可以放的地方，然後公寓備的浴巾都是放在浴室外房間過道的壁櫃裏，要使用得提前拿進去。

我們一行三人訂了兩房一廳的套房，房間很大，客廳也很大，所有的配套都很簡約實用，吹風機是徠風，高速吹風女性友好。 順德很熱的時候就在酒店躺着吃吃外賣聊聊天， 晚上吹吹小風就能走到附近探尋美食也很方便。 交通小有不便但不影響我們對順德的探索和體驗。

I would said it’s a 4.8 instead of 5, why?! Because the first night I can’t get into the front door. I tried to touch the screen and c how it works, the first step was asking me to verify the face then failed, after over it ask me what room to call, I entered what I lived but still not yet worked. I followed the people getting in, I know that’s not right. So I go to asking the front desk, the night shift girl. To be honest, I don’t like her. Her service is unprofessional and a little upset, I only asked her one question that I can’t open the front door. How to do it, she info me the screen have introduced and teach u how to do it. Excuse me, if I can follow the screen and open it. Why would I waste time to asking u?! Lol, that’s not funny at all. I told her I don’t know how to do it, she showed me an very surprised face and asked me back. What?! U don’t know or u can read those words?! I mean if I can 100% read them of course I can do it myself. I told her No, I can’t read some of the words. She think I am a little crazy and not wanting to help me, she told me to come over and trying the same way I did. But I not sure how the second night still not open I followed people getting in as well. The third night there was no one get in while I was there. I tried to called that number and trying multiple still nothing was worked, I believe she opened it at the last second while I tried again and again but not worked. I just don’t understand why she can’t just teach me and show it in make sure I got it before I leave. She helped another guest when she showed me how to open that front door, that’s unbelievable. Anyway, just let it go. It’s actually not a big deal and doesn’t makes my trip different. I really appreciate the morning shift service, first I can locate the address. On my app it’s nothing showing on building c of what I am entering, only building A B and D. I asked the Dede driver, he told me the same thing. So after over I finds a story that closed to what showed on my booking. It’s work, but I still need to walk about 10 minutes to the entrance. She is showing me a different name that works a lot, also I don’t know how to type that word. She showed it in her phone and let me slow one step by step to do so. Thanks a lot, I am enjoying my stay in.

The apartment was just a little confusing to find but everything else was superb, easy communication with the attendant by wechat , no hold up , clean & easy access , I’ll give them a 4.9/5 … highly recommended. It’s just like a furnished apartment.. highly worth the price . 👍🏾

this is one of the best hotel I have ever slept in. Convenient location, next to subway station the shopping mall. Rooms are spacious, bed is big and very comfortable, it has bath tub, swimming pool, great restaurant, breakfast is so delicious, most of all, staff is very helpful and friendly, I would like to thank especially the hostess 小坤(Xiao Kun) who guided me through my stay and helped me with her assistance. She helped me with and umbrella during the rain and instructed me about all the hotel facilities, so I knew how to find everything in the hotel. Wish.could stay longer, I recommend it.to everyone travelling to Guangzhou.

After I checked out and on the way to my other destination . The hotel’s front desk lady called me informing me that I left my I pad in my room. I decided to return to the hotel immediately and the staff take the initiative to bring my I pad to the nearby stop point where I can get it back to avoid further delay of my schedule. I’m very much appreciated their professional services which resolve my problem to a happy ending! Once again , thanks for their good caring to protect customers’ interest.
