Hotel was in good location and surrounded by eateries. Near train station too. Room a little dated but overall it’s clean and nice. Would be great if they add a nice scent though. The bed was nonetheless very comfortable! Given such a big hotel, would also be better if there were bigger pools and using robots to send food up to rooms like other hotels. Shoutout to Mickey for helping us to troubleshoot the Meituan pick up service. Kudos to her!

Everything about the hotel is great, however the service is what saves its flaws. The hotel can improve with updated tech for the phone charger, energy output of refrigerator, and charging capability of USB ports (amenities/facilities). The reception is aware of this, and helped accommodate need. The staff has strong bilingual skills for those more novice with translation devices. Much appreciated. I would say the check-in/check-out staff as well as concierge and restaurant staff carry the needs more so than other hotels. However, the hotel need not have prices so high compared to nearby hotels considering location amenities limited in the Expo/Poly area. I feel the Marriot Bonvoy umbrella can ensure Westin implements better rates. I give a 5 on the location as it relates to the reason of my visit for a conference. I did not leave the island with the exception of Canton Tower buffet, as there is enough to do for a short weekend (beer park, metro museum, ancient port). The room service menu choice was perfection, and way better food options than the revolving restaurant at Canton Tower (compare price).

Perfectly located for exploring Guangzhou! We're just a 10-minute walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street, and the metro is conveniently right across the road. You'll love the easy access to popular shopping spots like Dongshankou, Tianhe CBD, APM clothing mall, Shisanhang Wholesale Market, Yide Lu, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, and Yongqingfang, etc. Our room was newly renovated with a stunning city view. The stay was clean and cozy. A highlight was the buffet on the 39th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Pearl River. While the food was decent, the options were a bit limited, with the same selection available during our 4-day stay. Great news for gym enthusiasts! You can access the public gym located on the 7th floor, perfect for staying active during your stay!

Pros: 1) Breakfast was decent given at its price. Small but sufficient spread with fruits, bread and a mixture of snacks. 2) Supper of instant noodles and some bread 3) Convenient location, very near male clothes street and shangxiajiu pedestrian street although it was old 4) Decent room size Cons: 1) Cracked tile at the entrance of our room which was quite dangerous. 2) Creaky bed which made every movement very loud, even tossing and turning Rating:7/10. I will probably book another hotel as the creaking sounds bothered us quite abit.

Very good location connect to Metro line 1 and easily walk to famous temple and beiging road. The apartment located on A mall building. We stay on 21 floor room 2103, a 2 bed room apartment. We can see people park and Lieu Long Shi pagoda from the window. I like the bed and the pillow, it is very comfortable.

Location is very strategic, just downstairs the building can be easily accessed to line 1 and line 3 metro. The cleanliness of the room is so far good for us. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful particularly for the hotel room upgrade and luggage services. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get the best of price vs overall rating the hotel can be provided.
