Hotel berhampiran Xicheng Menwengcheng Ruins, Guangzhou

Room for improvement: 1. Booked a double bed. But upon arriving, they gave me a 2 separate single bed instead. When I asked them, they told me insufficient room due to festive period near Christmas. 2. No phone in the room, so for any enquiry, I will need to go down. They have wechat account, but the receptionist did not even have the initiative to request us to add them in wechat. Only on the last day when I realized there was indeed a Wechat QR code for us to add. It is not convenient for foreign tourists to go up and down the stairs to enquire things, and I ended up calling them from my personal mobile. 3. There is WiFi in the hostel, but receptionist didn't even care to inform. It was only upon request when the WiFi password was given, and this was done via calling from mobile as well. 4. The shampoo / shower gel almost empty when I checked in on the first day. Fortunately enough, the gel was just about sufficient for my 4 days 3 night stay. No effort to replenish even after I informed them. 5. No floor mat in front of bathroom to wipe your feet. Do you expect people to come out with wet feet after showering? Was told by the cleaner that extra charge required for requesting floor mat. 6. By coincidence, I saw the cleaner kneeling on the bed while changing the bedsheets in one of the room. This is not so hygienic. 7. When I came back on the evening of the 2nd day stay, the room was somehow locked without any reason, and I was unable to access the room with my card. Yet again, I went downstair to resolve this issue, and they didn't even explain why or how the room was not able to access. Fortunately, I was able to access the room with my card later on. Positive take on: 1. Strategic location, within walking distance to metro station. Close proximity to main tourist areas of attraction. 2. There is a 2-in-1 aircon and heater supplied in the room, very useful during winter. 3. The bed is comfortable.

A good location near GZ Metro lines 1 and 2 and Beijing Pedestrian Street. I booked the Japanese style room so no furniture aside from the bed. Despite language barrier the staff was very helpful. I would stay again.

Ini adalah salah satu pengalaman hotel terbaik yang pernah saya alami. Hiasan dan persekitaran hotel sangat menarik. Profesionalisme dan layanan mesra kakitangan meja depan membuatkan saya berasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Kemudahan biliknya serba lengkap dan katilnya sangat selesa, membolehkan saya tidur lena. Pendek kata, hotel ini sangat bagus dari segi kemudahan dan perkhidmatan. Saya sangat berterima kasih kepada Xu Junbin dan sikapnya yang membuat pelancong yang pulang dari negara asing berasa lebih mesra dan bersemangat. Saya akan memilih tempat ini lagi apabila saya datang ke Guangzhou kerana orang dan tempat.

Hands down the best hotel one can find at this price range, I booked for two days but ended up extended another two. Here is the list of things I truly appreciate: Attention to details : from coffee (I love their Yunnan coffee! to comfortable disposable slippers to awesome pillows , marvellous TV wallpaper) Technology : Xiaodu voice controlling of light, TV and curtains - I can't get enough talking to xiaoduxiaodu :D Location: just outside of xihua lu where u get best food in Guangzhou Shower: Great shampoo and shower gel and super good water pressure! Staff : The stuff were so helpful and genuine in their interaction with us, we ended up getting small goodies for them, I will come back just to see them again in my next trip in GZ 毫无疑问，这是在这个价格范围内可以找到的最好的酒店，我预订了两天，但最终又延长了两天。 以下是我真正欣赏的事情清单： 注重细节：从咖啡（我喜欢他们的云南咖啡！到舒适的一次性拖鞋到很棒的枕头，精美的电视壁纸) 技术：小度语音控制灯光、电视和窗帘 - 我跟小度小度说话总是聊不够:D 地点：西华路外，广州最好吃的地方 淋浴：洗发水和沐浴露很棒，水压超级好！ 工作人员：工作人员在与我们的互动中非常乐于助人且真诚，我们最终为他们准备了一些小礼物，我会在下次广州旅行时再次回到这宝藏酒店!

首先，要預定這家酒店的時候，我看了評論區有個別的對酒店不好評論，原本也是很擔憂，但是考慮到這酒店離廣州北京路、西華路很近，猶豫再三，還是預定了。其次，等我入住酒店，我發現酒店的設施、前台客服都沒有評論區說的那麼不好。我要感謝前台的兩位姐姐，她們熱情接待，畢竟國慶，退房后打掃衛生肯定沒那麼快，但是她們盡最大能力，硬是幫我調了一間房給我，再次感謝！房間設施看我拍的照片，我覺得很好了，地點位於旺區，交通便利，在國慶期間價格都實惠，而且酒店是老酒店了，有的評論說設施老化，但是我個人覺得對於開了十幾年酒店，要求跟新開的，太強人所難，而且酒店設施也沒破損或啥，特別是房間、廁所都沒異味，這一點有的新開的酒店都不一定能做到。還有就是枕頭床被，我個人覺得是乾淨，因為我皮膚很敏感，以前入住其他酒店，一躺床上我的皮膚就周身癢，特別不舒服。但是這家酒店被褥不會，反正我一覺醒來周身不會癢。酒店保潔阿姨也是特別熱情的。最後，我作為獨自旅遊的，入住這家酒店的感覺是超級好的，沒有任何不適的感覺。下次再來，我也願意在這酒店入住的。這就是我體會，希望給大家客觀的參考。

住了很多很多天，地方比較方便，樓下各種店都有，生活物品都可以採購到，比較方便，適合旅遊，出差，衛生也搞得可以，偶爾有蚊子，其他沒啥問題

酒店是去年新建的，設施很好，乾淨衞生。 首先要表揚的是前台小哥兒和小姐姐，非常熱情，態度非常好。預訂酒店後查看評論，有客人説洗澡水不夠熱。因為這次帶着老媽，我就在網上諮詢了洗澡水和空調熱不熱的問題，酒店回覆説都是新的，沒問題，入住當天可以試試。當天辦理入住時，前台小哥兒主動説先帶我去客房試熱水和空調，簡直太細心了👍👍必須點贊。前台小姐姐也非常熱情，我上樓去查看熱水時，媽媽想去洗手間，小姐姐攙扶着媽媽去員工洗手間，還給她倒熱水喝。我和媽媽都很感動。謝謝🌹🌹住的這幾天衹要她在前台都會跟我們打招呼，讓我們感覺很温暖。 其次要説，雙床房房間不小，非常乾淨。洗澡水很熱，淋浴間很大。乾濕分離。洗髮液護髮素沐浴露潤膚露泡沫洗手液全都配備了。空調製熱功能也很好。我們入住後的第二天廣州很涼，我開了空調，升温很快。智能馬桶很好用。小度語音非常非常好用，開燈關燈，拉窗簾，開關電視，聯繫前台都很輕鬆地完成。 第三要表揚客房保潔小哥兒，每天打掃房間。還很有禮貌。 最後要説的是，酒店給房間免費提供瓶裝礦泉水，不限量。兒子和我先後感冒，需要大量地喝水，每次找前台拿水，他們都很熱情，要幾瓶都説沒問題。如果白天在房間，聯繫前台後，機器人直接給送到房間門口，太方便了。 酒店的位置很優越，在荔灣區。離陳家祠很近，走着不用10分鐘。挨着地鐵站，坐地鐵去永慶坊、沙麪、北京路步行街和大佛寺，還有聖心大教堂等等都很方便。周圍好些飯館，尤其有幾家老字號吃早茶的餐廳，非常好。 以後如果再去廣州，我還會選這家宜致酒店。 忘了拍酒店的照片，但大堂裏有下面一樣的橘子樹，很美。

住的房間夜晚睡覺能聽到滴滴聲的雜音，樓層比較老舊，不過前台服務不錯，還能寄存行李。附近有餐飲店，飲食方便。

Nice hotel, helpful staff. I needed some help so, they did their best to assist me. Unfortunately, not all members speak English but you can use the translator, it makes communication easier. Location is good, pretty close to one of the Subways lines, like 6-7 minutes on foot.

A clean hotel. I stayed for one night.Location in the old town! Very friendly staff! We are ready to help in everything! The girls helped me order medicines! I am very grateful to them. Nice hotel.
