This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others. My stay wouldn’t have been so wonderful without your assistance.

國慶去的，房間稍貴，而且沒有訂的是一樓的房間，窗户不大，而且靠後院，視野不太好，如果不考慮經費，建議訂湖景房才面對湖景.但名宿的硬件不錯，比較新，早餐的份量很足，還可以到端到樓頂陽台吃，風景甚好.晚上還安排了宵夜的燒烤活動，很是熱鬧.

Booked this hotel as the hotel is near my friend’s apartment. The room is clean and they replenished water. Will book again next time when I visit my friend again!

Saya terjumpa hotel jenama Litu ini secara tidak sengaja. Bersebelahan dengan Dataran Zhitai di Stesen Luogang di Laluan 6, pengangkutan adalah mudah. Wah, sebenarnya ada tempat letak kereta percuma, yang sangat memudahkan pemilik kereta. Sebaik sahaja anda memasuki lobi, ia adalah kegemaran bagi mereka yang suka ***a Chidori~ Ia luas, terang, bersih dan sangat selesa. TV skrin besar 55 inci di dalam bilik sangat menyeronokkan sehingga orang tidak mahu tidur. Tidak salah, saya akan datang lagi lain kali saya menginap

在流溪河旁依山而建的民宿，前餐館後民宿，先説環境，老闆還是很用心的，從入大門前就鋪設了瀑布、魚池，進入大門後也是設定了多處魚池，流水之聲從始至終都相隨而至，庭院中心幾棵大榕樹，陽光透過樹葉影影綽綽，隨處可見的鴿子也是迎客隊伍，還給小朋友送了鴿食，很貼心。再説下服務，因為訂房時沒太注意，訂了兩個大床房，帶着小朋友睡一張1.8的床顯得擠了些些，前台小哥見狀主動給我們升級了雙床套房，床大了不説，房間也大了一倍，而且還三面環窗，早晨打開窗放陽光進來，不曉得有多愜意，其他服務員的狀態也都很好，見到我們都會主動打招呼。最後説下衞生，住過很多民宿了，他家民宿衞生算是頂流級別了，房間沒有任何異味，床上用品也都是“乾淨的味道”，屋外衞生也是下了很大的成本，一早就看到兩個阿姨高壓水槍沖洗庭院地面，甚至包括上山的石道，清爽！

這一趟翠島市從化老温泉賓館之旅，體驗感着實不佳。賓館這兩年翻新過，設施的設計令人眼前一亮，本想着能愜意享受一番，沒想到服務太“拉胯”，敗光了好感。 辦理入住時就鬧心，前台工作人員告知預訂確認要等，流程複雜。明明打個電話跟工作人員核實一下就能解決的事兒，非得折騰，還是靠攜程官方協調才迅速確認，這不是耽誤客人時間嘛。 選房更是離譜，哪怕我們付了房費，也不讓挑，理由是前面的客人先給錢了，只是還沒到現場。整棟別墅烏漆嘛黑，燈都沒開，找前台才安排人來處理，一句輕飄飄的“忘了”，就敷衍過去。 再説泡温泉，讓清理吧，服務員先是推脱沒有專業消毒粉，用完了還沒采購，要層層申報。在我們強烈要求下，才拿其他消毒水噴了噴，用水沖洗，不敢下去泡，泡個腳了事。本是花錢買享受，結果全程添堵，這服務質量真得好好提升提升了。

I recently spent my birthday here with my family, and it was incredible! The hot tub, overlooking the river, is one of the best I've experienced in Guangzhou. Sitting in the hot spring with the river gently flowing just meters away was serene. Highly recommended!

真是一個大驚喜。 本來以為是很早之前的裝修，會有點古古怪怪破破爛爛，誰曾想處處低調中透露奢華。前台小姐姐熱情温柔。房間裏很多細節可以幫助到客人。最有印象的是衞生間裏的那個烘衣架，對於來泡温泉的客人來説，烘個小內衣，游泳衣，小襪子，不要太方便，反正住得非常舒服。下次來就換荔枝島上的房間試試。 不足之處在於衞生間裏沒有放乾衣服的地方。 總而言之我們感覺還是非常不錯的。

Exceptional hotel, reception very nice but limited English. Rooms very clean, modern, has gym, laundry, refreshments & snacks at lobby. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Guangzhou short or long stay. The only improvement I can suggest is adjust the air conditioning so it doesn't blows straight on you while in bed sleeping. Otherwise perfect hotel.

這次入住瑤華圃碧霞裏，體驗超棒！向雲山景大床房視野絕佳，周邊青山環繞，草地葱鬱，空氣清新得讓人陶醉。民宿設施豐富，温泉泡池解乏，廚房餐廳方便，麻將房、KTV、會議室一應俱全，還有游泳池和户外燒烤區，裝修精緻有格調。服務也很貼心，管家小姐姐及員工熱情周到。在這裡能盡情放鬆身心，享受悠閑時光，是家庭出遊、朋友聚會的理想之選，下次還會再來！
