第二次入住，房間挺大的，也沒有什麼異味，但是一進門就發現廁所的把手壞了。然後被套和枕頭都有一些黃色的污漬。還好我們自己帶了一次性的床單。
環境整體是不錯的，但是非常不隔音，樓上一直有人在拖凳子，超級吵，然後打了前台電話，還是沒用，半夜兩點多才睡覺。
最後，電梯不知道是不是很密閉的原因，特別臭。也許店家不是主營休息而是棋牌的，有考慮考試，出差出行的謹慎入住。

出差又來住了，還是一如既往的好，出行很方便，到前台小姐姐態度很好，端茶遞水的，上次住的是普通大床，這次換了個設計師房型試試，小姐姐安排了靠外面的房間，一開門，設計別出心裁，色彩搭配很新穎，給人眼前一亮，特別是洗手枱那有面漸變玻璃做隔板，很有特色，房間設施很齊全，小度也是有問必答，洗髮水沐浴露都是定製款，床鋪很柔軟，前台還送了入住水果，外賣有機器人送到房間門口，很貼心

PPengguna TetamuПриятный отель, хорошее расположение относительно аэропорта, после оформления бронирования сразу вручили ваучер на бесплатный напиток в баре (чай, кофе, пиво и т.д.). Был доступен поздний выезд в 14.00. Также отелем был предоставлен бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта на люксовом микроавтобусе. Остались только приятные впечатления от отеля. Все красиво и на высшем уровне. Классный дизайн, управление в номере современное. Из минусов хочу выделить строящийся микрорайон. Видно, что отель новый, поэтому локация вокруг еще не благоустроена, лучше пользоваться услугами такси или заказывать трансфер из отеля. В общем мне понравилось, буду и дальше выбирать Hilton.

AAscotThe hotel is spotlessly clean, inside the room especially. Super quiet, did not hear a soul from outside the room. Same goes with watching the airplanes take-off and landing, not a sound at all. The shuttle service is number 1 for personalized service. It is worth staying at, with a bus stop on the road virtually directly out front, great eateries next door as well.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

PPengguna Tanpa Nama酒店地段很不錯，打車去沙麪島、陳家祠、永慶坊都很方便，酒店旁邊吃的餐館不少，想吃傳統老字號品牌的旁邊也有一家，距離不過百米，喝早茶相當方便。酒店是一整層，房間數非常多，安排入住的房間比較大，整體設施比較簡單，最大程度做到乾淨整潔。服務態度也很好。房間沒有電吹風，估計需要找前台拿，一次性拖鞋不屬於標配但找前台就可以拿。房間美中不足的是窗户太小，通風一般，好在有空調。按平日價格這個性價比還是不錯的。

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
