Near the airport. . Advantage for jetsetter with than 6 hours travel lay over in the airport

Worst costumer service ever!!! We had a problem at customs that did not allow us to stay in the hotel and they did not picked the phone, and took hours to process a request. And even it was an airport problem they refused to do the reimbursement.

AIRSIDE hotel, meaning it's located after security and exit passport/immigration control. This hotel is the absolute best option if you have a long connection and/or early flight. Please note that because it's located airside (in the internal departures area) you need a valid, scannable boarding pass in order to access it. The only possible downside if that if there is any issue with getting your boarding pass (for example the day before, if like me you wanna sleep there and be ready to go to your gate the day after) that will always be a risk, as it will likely be too late to get a refund on your booking. However, other than the risk with the boarding pass, this is absolutely the best hotel location wise. It was extremely clean, good bed, shower, room, etc, perfect. Also, I don't smoke, but it may be of interest to some travellers that they have an outside, open air garden, inside the hotel for smokers.

The hygiene was good, and I was very satisfied with the buffet breakfast.

The room was a bit old, but fairly clean. Soundproofing was so-so. Overall, for this location and price, it offered good value for money.

Trip.com's description of the facility clearly states it's located in the international terminal. However, after retrieving my luggage for my domestic flight transfer, I was unable to enter the hotel, ultimately preventing me from checking in. I believe this serious issue should be clearly stated in the information.

After disembarking at the ground floor of Terminal 3, walk along the side wing of Terminal 3 into the passenger terminal. Follow the hotel signs to reach the terminal. The restaurant was better than I expected. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, a good experience.

In fact, the only plus of this hotel is its location inside the airport. Everything else is a minus.

Generally satisfied Airport hotel for transit

I booked this hotel room through trip.com to rest in transit, but the website or the hotel did not clearly tell that it was a transit hotel in terminal 3 for an international flight! I entered Sao Paulo, Brazil, from Lima, Peru, and took a late flight, but I will go to Iguazu Airport in Brazil early tomorrow morning, so I have to enter Brazil's arriving terminal 2 to retrieve my luggage, and then check in at this hotel. But this hotel is an international flight transit hotel at terminal 3, and I have no way to enter the hotel. In the end, I had to pay to go to the fast sleep lounge to rest for another six hours and continue my trip. I have written to Trip.com and this hotel to apply for a refund, because their instructions were very unclear, which caused me to walk around the airport asking questions, both physically and mentally exhausted! So when you book an airport transit hotel, you must ask clearly!

Due to flight cancellation by airline I made a hotel reservation because I had time to transfer from a domestic flight to an international flight. I couldn't check in at the airport before my flight, so I couldn't get into the hotel. I ended up spending the whole day at the airport. I believe this is a transit only hotel. I didn't get a refund and it was a bad trip.

The hotel is really convenient for transit
