Very nice hotel. Room is big, clean, comfortable and quiet. The receptionist were friendly and they speak English. Wifi is fast. Not very far from the hotel is San Martin, a good place with good foods.

I used it for a long-term business trip. It is located in the city center, so it is safe and it is in a good location to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping malls. The breakfast does not have a variety of options, but the basic composition is sufficient, so I used it every day. The room condition is clean, and the cleaning is done once every two days, and I left a tip of about 10 quetzals on the table. The shower faucet is a built-in sunflower faucet, so you cannot use travel shower filters, etc., so please refer to it. Laundry service is about USD 1.40 for a T-shirt, and payment can be made in US dollars or quetzals.

The location is very good, there are many restaurants around, and we were allowed to check in at 12 o'clock.

La atención en la recepción fue sumamente mala. La chida estaba muy enojada porque hice comparación de precios entre trip y en recepción y me dijo: si tanto le parece trip mejor usted vea que hace y luego reservamos en el trip y nos atendió muy sarcásticamente, sobre todo argumentando que no se había pagado cuando efectivamente estaba pagado. El cuarto desde que entrabas olía a carne podrida por dentro.
