Hotel 3 Bintang di Guatemala City

I stayed here twice with a group in March 2023. During my first stay, my room was not as clean as it could have been, but during my second stay, I was in a different tower and the room was much cleaner. Rooms are very spacious and all the staff were very friendly. Two things would make the hotel even better: water bottles in guest rooms would be very helpful. Also, having room numbers labeled in the lobby. For example, it was difficult to know which tower my room was in as there were no signs in the lobby indicating which tower to go to. Other than that, though, it was a very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was incredible and all the staff were excellent!

We have been traveling to Guatemala for over 40 years and have stayed in every type of hotel starting at $2 per night in Flores, to many years in Pan American and in the latter years to the American style hotels in Zones 9 & 10. Casa Veranda is the latest and best. Pure Guatemala with all the amenities of the American hotels. The rooms are beautiful with lots of wood right down to the floors. The restaurant is simple with an excellent menu and great flan. We will be returning annually.

Akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, manakala program kabel disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan pancuran mandi dan pengering rambut. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi meja, manakala pengemasan disediakan setiap hari dan seterika/papan seterika boleh diminta.

Very pleasant experience overall. I needed help with arranging many details and staff were very helpful! The room was exceptional, although there was only shampoo and lotion, no conditioner, but the shower was hot and the pillows were soft! I felt very comfortable and safe and would definitely stay here again.

L'hôtel est vraiment fantastique, un peu vétuste car bâtiment historique, il manque une touche de modernité, c'est évident, mais il est bien entretenu et très joli. Une piscine dans la cour, entourée d'un jardin exotique, pour passer des heures de fainéantise allongé sur un transat avec une Margarita à la main. Les chambres spacieuses et la literie commode. Les oreillers pas très bons, j’avoue. Le Personnel vraiment attentif, super aimable, très gentils, ils méritent ma reconnaissance. La cuisine je ne recommande pas, en réalité c’est un désastre. J’ai commandé une entrée et un plat et ils m’ont tout amené au même temps. C’est une cuisine au microondes, le poulet sauce béchamel (il devait être un poulet nain), raide et sec, j’avais demandé sans sauce et ils ont mis une chose blanchâtre, liquide, avec des grumeaux, que je n’ai pas réussi à déterminer. La soupe d’haricots sans aucun intérêt, de la purée en boite diluée et réchauffée (au microondes aussi). Les Frites surgelées, évidement. Une petite serviette en papier, bas de gamme, juste pour moucher la trompe d’un moustique, contraste avec des nappes en tissu blanc sur les tables de la salle à manger.

Great place wonderful vibes. The young man that watches the place is very nice and polite I really lick the architecture of the place. Less than a mile from the airport. Grate rates. I’d go back anytime.

Truly a beautiful, serene hotel in a busy city. We especially loved our bathroom flooded with natural light from a tall skylight, huge bedroom oom and the most comfortable mattress I've stayed on in Guatemala so far. The breakfast was delicious in a beautiful courtyard and garden setting. A delightful touch is the front sitting room with complimentary water and friendly staff available for all our needs.

I only stayed at the hotel briefly due to a late flight arrival and an early flight the next day. However, the room was decent and it was close to the airport which was all that mattered. When I checked out in the early hours of the morning there was no staff to check me out so I just gave the key card to the security.

Realize it's a bed and breakfast. So it's quaint but comfortable Pristine condition Very clean The beds are quite confortable which was a pleasant surprise It's a bed and breakfast And it's a short walk away from the airport which is extra convenient There's at least 3 major shopping plazas nearby with Supermarket for groceries, pharmacy and movie theaters These days you can pretty much have anything delivered from most venues so it's pretty convenient to be near most convenience stores and plazas The breakfast is made to order and pretty good better than your typical chain hotel stateside The personnel is very polite, attentive, considerate and helpful There's video surveillance and I had no safety concerns whilst there So given the price, I am happy to have stayed there, will definitely come back and recommend as well
