Best guest services and the best location in the city, next to mall del sol, great food and beverage. All the staff are polite and helpful with the costumers, when we arrived the front desk people give us a welcome drink that make us feel important for the hotel

I have stayed here upwards of 10 times! My grandmother lives at the beach and I fly into Guyaquil and stay at this Radisson every time. They pick you up from the airport always on time and with the utmost courtesy. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. I have family that lives across the street and we all meet here for breakfast to start every family visit. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

From start to finish, this hotel was superb. It was easy to schedule the free shuttle from the airport (about ten minutes or less to hotel) and they accommodated our last minute flight change. The driver had cold soft drinks waiting for us and we arrived quickly to the hotel. We were upgraded for free to the executive floor, where we enjoyed a free happy hour in the evenings with appetizers and beer/wine. There were welcome chocolates in the room when we arrived. We had an issue with the AC and toilet that were immediately fixed. The free breakfast buffet was sensational and I got some handmade Ecuadorian earrings $5USD at the tiny gift shop. The pool and hot tub/ cold plunge were a great way to relax after exploring the city. Check-out and airport shuttle return were a breeze. Hotel also calls you taxis to safely head into the city, so you should use this service as I heard hailing cabs from the street is dangerous. Would surely stay here again!

Muy bacan la habitación pero lo único malo fue el televisor que solo tenía tvcable para ver jajaja.

Me parece pésimo el desayuno y la manera de atender dentro del restaurant no prenden aires no atiene nadie y si sale alguien de la cocina groseros para decir que solo tiene ahí los huevos revueltos y no ahí más de desayuno pésimo

Guayaquil di Ecuador, jika tidak kerana situasi khas tahun 2020, orang-orang Cina jarang sekali lulus. Hotel ini terletak di Sungai Malecon (di seberang jalan utama tempatan) di tepi Sungai Guayas tempatan yang terkenal. Sebelum tiba di Gua, saya menghubungi hotel terlebih dahulu untuk mengatur penjemputan melalui e-mel. Setelah keluar dari lapangan terbang, saya dapati saya memegang tanda. Bayaran jemput dibayar ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu hotel pada harga $ 10, dan pemandu memberikan tip $ 2. Bilik superior twin yang dipesan adalah besar, dan bilik ini juga dilengkapi dengan peti sejuk kecil dan meja, dan selipar tidak disediakan. Terdapat penghawa dingin yang dipasang di dinding. Meja depan hotel boleh berbahasa Inggeris dan mempunyai sikap yang sangat baik. Setelah sampai, saya dapati pusat perniagaan ditutup kerana wabak, tetapi meja depan masih dapat membantu mencetak. Lebih sedikit, biasanya penyelesaiannya adalah memesan makanan di bilik hotel, mengesyorkan perisian dibawa pulang Glovo, antara muka bahasa Inggeris, beberapa hidangan mempunyai gambar. Uber disyorkan untuk memanggil. Secara keseluruhan saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ini.

I was in Ecuador for the first time, my wife surprised me with the trip as a gift. We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Guayaquil which ended up being a great choice. Kevin Velasquez and his team at the front desk were on point and were able to accommodate any small requests we had. Great friendly customer service and always ready to assist however they could. The hotel was beautiful, clean and secure, you needed a room key to access the elevator. We enjoyed a nice breakfast each morning with both Ecuadorian and US cuisine before we started our day. At the end of the day Adonis and David were always ready to mix up a great old fashion or gin and tonic. We will definitely be visiting/staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Guayaquil again!

My stay was limited to an overnight between an air flight and a cruise. The entire experience was well worth it. I was picked up after midnight by the hotel transportation, quickly taken to the hotel and booked into my room and, in the morning, I was equally well treated in checking out and obtaining transportation to the cruise ship. The people that I had contact with were friendly, efficient and well-prepared to meet my every need.
