Hotel berhampiran Römermuseum Güglingen, Guglingen

Buchung: Über die Webseite der Kette. Eingeloggt als Diamond. Check-In: Freundlich jedoch sprachlich zu wenig Grundkenntnisse, deshalb mehrmaliges Nachfragen notwendig. Wichtige Basisinformationen wurden nicht gegeben, z.b, dass man den Tür-hangtag raushängen musste, wenn man das (sehr oberflächliche) housekeeping haben wollte. Ebenfalls kein Hinweis auf den Wi-Fi Code, und leider auch kein Hinweis darauf, dass der Mitgliedsstatus honoriert würde. Von Upgrade gar nicht zu sprechen. Das Zimmer: einfach. positiv: Renovierung scheint noch nicht so lange hier zu sein, Schallisolierung des Fensters, Verkehrslärm der umliegenden Straßen bzw Autobahn gut gedämpft. Negativ: Wenig Ablageflächen, eine einzige Sitzgelegenheit ( Stuhl), Steckdosen eindeutig zu wenig, was bedeutete, den völlig nutzlosen Digitalwecker aus der Steckdose zu nehmen. Keine USB-Anschlüsse. Waschbecken als Nische innerhalb des Zimmers. Größe des Zimmers mit üblichen no frills Hotels vergleichbar. Gastronomie: Nach längerer Anfahrt wollten wir nicht in das 5 km entfernt liegende Bad Rappenau fahren und gingen angesichts des kostenfreien Parkplatzes in den Autohof gegenüber zum Abendessen. Ausschließlich convenience, Pizza Pasta, Bier. Minimales Weinangebot in einer Weinregion. Alles preislich deutlich überzogen. Service minimal bzw nahezu nicht vorhanden . Frühstück ebenfalls notgedrungen im Autohof gegenüber: Die ursprünglich einmal vorgesehene Gastronomie im Hotel war seit längerem geschlossen worden. Frühstücksangebot allerdings besser als von den vorigen Bewertern beschrieben. Aber es stimmt weiterhin: Eng am Frühstücksbuffet, lange Wartezeiten am Kaffeeautomat. Toilette kostet 1 Sanifair-Euro. Faux pas: Die letzte Übernachtung war von der Codekarte nicht mehr erfasst, sodass wir am Ende eines langen Messetages nicht mehr über den Nachteingang ( Rezeption ab 21 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt) Zutritt bekamen. Über eine mit dem Hausruf verbundene Telefonleitung komplimentierte man uns dann in den Autohof, wo mit einem ”Sollte nicht passieren”-Kommentar die Karte nachcodiert wurde. Sowas geht wirklich gar nicht. Werden nicht noch einmal in diesem Hotel übernachten

The hotel was nice. Very convenient location, at a walking distance from the train station. However, there’s no one there in case you have any issues. For example, one person in our group had problems with his back and he had to wait until the next day to request a pillow and they didn’t give us any since they said their policy is to have only 1 per person (a bit extreme and not too nice for the customers). So just be aware that this is good for the price but not the best if you have any problems.

Klimaanlage leider ausgefallen (kann passieren). Kulanz bei Rechnung wurde mit der Begründung abgelehnt, dass kein Vorgesetzter da wäre und die Buchung über *********** erfolgte. Frühstücksbuffet wurde an einem Tag weder nachgefüllt, noch die Tische neu gedeckt. Beim Kaffeeautomaten waren auch Tassen Mangelware, sowie Besteck etc. fehlte, wieso auch immer. Oberflächlich gesehen war genug Personal zu sehen.

Cute hotel with tangible concept. I liked design and the idea of the facilities and interior of room and open spaces. The gym is small but well equipped with 2 cross trainers and one bike plus basic exercise equipment. I missed yoga mats. The breakfast is quite good with high level of variety and quality, only little disturbance is that some of the food looked not that fresh anymore (Obatzder, Cheese, sausages) due to laying out and uncovered for longer time (maybe better to refill more frequently). I can definitely recommend this hotel and I’ll come again. A plus is also the parking garage with electric charging capability. The local sole pool is accessible directly from hotel.

friendly staff, very welcoming and there was lovely rooms, very clean rooms, as a housekeeper myself i thought the rooms were absolutely brilliant. located right next to a lidl and a train stop! we went on the roof top and it was lovely. in the rooms they have mirrors and bedside tables that you can connect your bluetooth too!

We stayed here as our usual hotel was fully booked On the main street with free car parking on street after 6pm at night until 8am in the morning . Hotel does have its own car parking but charges 15 euros a night and as we arrived after 6pm and departed by 8am no point in paying when you can park on the street It was very hot when we stayed and we were surprised to find that such a modern hotel did not have air-conditioning. We were provided with a fan for our room which I have to say without one the room would have been unbearable to sleep in Breakfast was fine the next day usual selection of breads, cheeses, meats etc Would we stay again? Probably not due to excessive heat in the room

Die Übernachtung in den Baumhäusern ist empfehlenswert. Sehr schönes Ressort und man hat so für die beiden Parks zwei Tage Zeit. Ein Erlebnis ist auch, wenn man im Wildpark früh morgens oder spät abends die Tiere beobachtet.

If you want to feel unsafe and unwanted. This hotel does that to you. Disinterested, unprofessional hotel staff, rude to children. Was probably the weekend crew who thought smoking e-cigarettes, where it is not allowed, was more important than receiving guests. The hotel appears to have been renovated but there is already mold in the bathroom and there was dirt and tissues under the bed. NH hotels do well to have a firm conversation with the general manager as there seems to be an staff issue
