房間打掃很乾凈，還是小度智能控制孩子非常喜歡，附近還有好吃的桂林米粉，服務員都很親切打招呼，有點受寵若驚的感覺。整個過程入住非常愉快。我們還去了兩江四湖遊船，建議不要開車去，打車來回又快又便宜，第二天駕車去陽朔也方便，避開了市區擁堵路段。

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we had to check out early, but the staff was very kind and helpful with everything during the entire stay. One thing to note is that this hotel seems to specialize in group tour stays, so the hallways were exceptionally loud throughout our entire stay at all hours of the day and night so bring earplugs.

Saya baru teringat untuk menulis ulasan sekarang bahawa saya menginap di Liuzhou pada bulan Julai, tetapi hotel ini sangat bertimbang rasa , kakitangan akan menghidupkan penghawa dingin terlebih dahulu Lobi hotel Ia sangat unik, dengan meja depan yang terbuka Wanita di meja depan sangat sopan kerana saya membawa banyak pakaian dan memerlukan seterika pakaian, dia juga membantu menghantar mereka ke bilik itu bersih dan kemas, dan pinggan buah-buahan kecil disediakan. Jenis sarapan agak sedikit, tetapi ada mee Guilin saya akan meminta sebahagian daripada mee setiap pagi makan di sekeliling Walau bagaimanapun, ia masih agak mudah untuk pergi ke pelbagai tempat yang indah di bandar lama ~ ia masih sangat bagus.

總的來説很不錯的，房間保養的蠻好的，衞生也做的不錯，位置也很方便。由於疏忽昨天晚上門沒反鎖，晚上12點左右，門突然被人打開了，然後又關上了，房卡也被拿走了。後來立刻出去看，保潔阿姨這才説是她看錯了房間，所以進錯了地方（但是插了房卡，房間外應該有顯示）。第一次遇到這種事，晚上還是受到蠻大驚嚇的，雖然後面門反鎖了，但是睡覺也總覺得驚魂未定。在外入住其實就是圖個安心。

帶着孩子旅遊，我們還是偏向以輕鬆遊為主線，這次桂林旅行也不例外，我們一共玩了10天，前後三次入住南航明珠酒店，主要是地理位置很方便，就在萬象城對面，吃的喝的一應俱全，而且離景區也很近，吃完晚飯後去象鼻山溜達溜達或者去日月雙塔也都很方便。酒店設施很齊全，配有室外游泳池，開放的時間是16:00-21:00，衹要拿着房卡去前台換券就可以去了。洗衣機、烘乾機一應俱全，對於我們這種時間較長的旅行來説，再方便不過了。酒店的客房服務真心不錯，一位齊耳短髮的負責人，在得知我腳受傷之後，給我送來了創可貼，還問我夠不夠；當我第二次入住時遇到了點小問題（我們家男孩子，給了我們女孩子的房間），我們家這位小朋友有點受不了，她也積極主動的來幫我們調配房間，還教我們怎麼使用洗衣房的設備，真的很好。特別點名表揚客房部的小黃，電梯門一打開，總能碰到她，也是緣分，當得知我們第三次入住的時候，給我們送來了水果。知道我對廁所有點小潔癖，還給我們送來了馬桶套，温馨的小留言上滿滿的温暖，再次感謝小黃，感謝南航酒店的客房服務團隊，給了我們一次很愉快的旅行!

AAMAR ANWARLocation: 5-8 minute walk to Sun and Moon pagodas, 10-15 minute walk to Elephant hill. Despite being next to the main road, its very quiet. There is a supermarket less than 1 min walk and a bigger one 5 mins walk away. Really good location, although its not central to everything, its only a 10min walk to everything. Room: Big, clean and well organised. The room has a view of the mountains, you just have to ignore the buildings in-between. The mini-bar is free for guests but only has a small coke and sprite and some chips. But having a fridge is nice Bathroom Shower is good, and a smart bidet toilet is nice. But this is where my main issue comes from. The bathroom 'zone' has the toilet in one cubicle, the shower in another cubicle and the sink outside them both. This seems fine and you cannot see anyone while doing anything due to the frosted glass. However, there is no dividing wall or barrier between the bedroom 'zone' and the bathroom 'zone'. Meaning if you get up to use the bathroom then the light from the bathroom will flood the bedroom. You may also be senstive to noise isolation being a factor too. The sink has a mirror with a light, this is an issue. Even with the light on the mirror off, the switch to turn on the mirror light is always lit and at night time it looks bright and you do not get a perfect dark room. Speaking of dark room, the curtains are controlled by a switch and are either fully open or fully closed, nothing in-between. Breakfast: Bread, noodles, rice, eggs, cereal, coffee, tea, sausages, dumplings, and more and a noodle-making station all available. The restaurant looks out over the infinity pool so it is very pretty. Common areas: The lobby is not large, but the rooms are very large so its a good trade-off. Theres a spa and travel agent (but we never used them) and everything is very clean and smells good. Everything is white with light-wood and looks modern, simple, clean and warm. Service: You can communicate in English via WeChat and any issues or questions are dealt with quickly. Everyone seemed friendly and warm. Good service Extras: There is a laundry room/ laundry service for free. A meeting room and Swimming pool but we didn't use it. Overall: This hotel has an excellent rating on Trip.com and it does earn it. Would stay again especially as the price is cheap and the location is decent but the quality of the furnishings and design of the hotel really are top-class. Would stay here again for sure.

PPengguna TetamuI felt special from the moment I stepped out of my taxi. The customer service is wonderful and attentive. I booked a panoramic room and it was exactly as described…just beautiful. Within walking distance of the quay for river rafting (if you turn left out of the hotel). Breakfast was lovely with a choice of either Chinese or 8 different Western options. I was sad to leave…and even more sad saying goodbye to that bath! Well done to the amazing staff at this small hotel…they really do put the customer experience first!

MMissPiggyIt was a pleasure to stay at this hotel from March 29 to April 3. We selected the most spacious suite on the 3rd floor. Overall, the environment, service, and restaurant levels are excellent. The location is excellent, near the commercial street, so we can walk downstairs into downtown, saving a lot of time on the road. Nevertheless, the area is very quiet at night and you can enjoy a good night's sleep. The front desk staff is very courteous and helpful; by the way, you can arrange discount tickets to scenic spots. Those young, enthusiastic, and lovely boys and girls not only provided excellent customer service but also went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to answer our questions, provide recommendations, and even helped us arrange transportation to nearby scenic spots. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made our stay truly exceptional. Besides, what surprised us was the breakfast, local handmade Mi-Fen. The taste is very different, and next time we will stay at this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuWe are a family of 5 traveling from overseas . We absolutely enjoyed the stays at the hotel . The service was amazing and the food quality is great particularly in the city that is hard to find high quality food . I was working in the lobby at one of the late nights and i ordered congee from outside the hotel , and the hotel staff got me some Chinese nibbles from their kitchen that went great with my congee takeout. Great service that is completely out of my expectation. Thank you ! They also have a branch in yang shuo in the middle of the landscape with great bolognese that my three kids enjoyed a lot. Also, the choices of art pieces and furniture , outfit all went well with the hotel visual style, and it’s a quality stay with great care, good choice of design and arts and heritage, and good choice of food. Thank you Thank you for the souvenirs before we left that were also thoughtfully prepared to extend the pleasure.

IItsJimBooking and Check-In I booked my stay at the Shixi Landscape Hotel in Yangshuo, Guilin, through Trip.com. The check-in process was very smooth and didn’t take long at all. One pleasant surprise was the option to upgrade our room for free, which we accepted. This upgraded room came with a lovely balcony. Although the staff couldn’t speak English, they were very friendly and helpful. Using a translation app made communication easy. Room Details We stayed in a standard double room with an upgrade to a balcony room. The room also featured a bathtub, which was a nice touch. Upon entering, the room was fairly clean, though there were some water stains on the floor and the carpet had a few dirty spots. The amenities were average, including a selection of soft drinks in the minibar and some snacks on the table. Despite these minor cleanliness issues, the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Facilities and Services The hotel had a restaurant where we received a complimentary breakfast upgrade. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet our expectations. While the Chinese food selection seemed okay, the international options were quite disappointing. The sausages were undercooked, the bacon was not good, and the cereal options looked and tasted stale. The only decent international option was toast with butter. It’s a relief we didn’t pay extra for it. Although I noticed the hotel had a spa, gym, and pool, I didn’t get a chance to use them. The pool looked nice but was small and shallow, not suitable for a serious swim. There was no room service available as far as I knew. Location and Accessibility The hotel’s location was fantastic, situated right next to the Li River and only a short 5-minute walk to the main shops and streets in the town. It was very easy to find and access, making it a convenient base for exploring Yangshuo. Customer Service The overall customer service was great. The staff were very friendly and polite, and we encountered no issues during our stay. Overall Experience The best part of our stay was the hotel’s prime location, which made it easy to visit tourist attractions. The hotel staff were also very helpful in arranging scooter rentals for a very reasonable price of ¥30 per day, which allowed us to explore the beautiful scenery around Yangshuo. However, there is room for improvement. The breakfast selection, particularly the international options, needs significant enhancement. Additionally, a thorough deep cleaning of the carpets would greatly improve the room’s cleanliness. In conclusion, while I would recommend the Shixi Landscape Hotel for its location and overall good service, it is on the pricier side for Yangshuo. Given the cost, I expected a bit more in terms of breakfast quality and room cleanliness. Nonetheless, it is a decent option for those looking to stay near the Li River and the town’s main attractions.

JJenniferThe staff was super friendly. The hotel rooms were very clean. They had a washer and dryer (which is rare to find) which was definite plus. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was great. The entrance to Elephant Trunk Hill is right outside the front door. It's also easy to get a cab right out the front door to get to where you need to go. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

PPrairieTruthfully, I am having time finding words, and that's unusual for me. I must admit I was disappointed when Yangshuo Mountain Retreat cancelled my booking because of a wedding that had booked the place, but the photos of the garden sold me. I've been to Yangshuo perhaps five times over the last 10 years, and have stayed in every kind of place there-from a cheap hostel to the boutique rooms but my dream was to stay at YMR, where I always stop and have a whiskey by the river. When we pulled into Liqui Town, I realized I had not explored this part of the valley and was disoriented. But then the staff greeted us, carried in our bags, gave us tea, peanuts, and oranges, and set to taking care of our every need. They were this way with us from start to finish-sending us off with a bag of fresh mandarin oranges and hugs-and a promise to send an invoice for our remaining expenses-which we still have not gotten! Apart from the wonder of just those details, the food was exquisite, our farmhouse room was stylish and simple yet so thoroughly Chinese-in the most real and unassuming way. It was an honor and a pleasure to sip tea in the farmhouse and look at the many woodcut posters and Chinese propaganda songs on the walls while staring up from the tea table to the simply elegant clay tile roof resting on the original beams, feeling the mud bricks breathe out their history silently under a soft rain and the early crows of the neighborhood roosters. I If one is quiet and still, I believe this little gem will give up her secrets, her history, and the story and true feeling of old-time village life amongst the stunning splatters of karst and water. We enjoyed watching the staff use the traditional well to clean up around the property, and the garden did not disappoint. Truly magical and filled with bonsai that some local master has been enjoying for many years. The food was excellent. We spoke with some Chinese tourists on the way out who were very disappointed with the local version of beer fish, ah but ours was exquisite, along with the drinks and italian food. It's very rare to find this mix of culture, authenticity, generosity, and good service all wrapped into a package that does nearly guarantee the fulfillment of the motto the girls wear on their shirts, ”be inspired....” I would recommend this to anyone. 谢谢你们！

KKumaranHOW TO REACH: The local name of this hotel is “Wang Jiang” tower or building. This helps if you are traveling from Yangshuo Railway Station by taxi. I traveled with my friends – 3 families (with kids), and we are non-Chinese. Typically, several taxis are available at the exit of Yangshuo Railway station. Someone approached me who can speak English – so took a 10-seater. The cost is about RMB 20~25/person & takes about 40 minutes. ROOM: Spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The balcony view helps, depending on which side the room is located on. I chose the front side view, which has both a river view and a mountain view. HOTEL: Although the hotel doesn’t have a lift, the staff delivered the luggage to the room. If you need help at the time of checkout, they may help. But I did it on my own at the time of check-out. It is conveniently located close to West Street (10 min walk). HOTEL-RESTAURANT: very good restaurant in 1F (vegetarian options as well!). It is very popular among the locals & we liked it too. But it gets very busy during the weekends. So, if the room is close to 1F, it will be loud till ~ 22:00. HOTEL STAFF: All are very friendly and do their best to help foreigners. Many staff can speak English. In my case, YAWEN is worth mentioning, as she helped us a lot in planning our local trips. Even before arriving at the hotel, we had a plan. But our interactions with YAWEN (& her feedback) made it very convenient & time-effective for us. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: It is possible to book tickets for the Ruyi scenic spot, Silver Cave, Hot air balloon, Li-river cruise (from Yangshuo), Xinping (hot air balloon), Bus-trip to Longji Ricefields, & many more at the hotel.
