We chose a room with a bathtub by the window specifically for the stunning view of the forest and river it offered – absolutely breathtaking. We loved everything about the room: the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat, and the orthopedic mattress and pillows were so comfortable (a special thank you for that!). The room was spotless, and everything was in perfect working order. The front desk staff are wonderful people! Communication was tricky without knowing Chinese, but every single employee was incredibly friendly and tried so hard to help us, using translators with patience. A huge thank you for your help with AliPay – we had a payment issue, and the administrators solved it for us. Furthermore, one of the front desk ladies helped us book exactly the tour we needed. Since the standard tours didn't suit our specific route request, she went out of her way to help us organize everything. We had breakfast included, but we had to leave too early to enjoy it. So that we wouldn't go hungry, the incredibly thoughtful staff offered us croissants and milk! We also made great use of the coffee machine in the lobby. Thank you so much to the hotel for such a comfortable and memorable stay! We highly recommend it.
