Very convenient location. 5 minutes walk to Elephant Mountain, 10 minutes walk to Moon and Sun Pagodas and Pedestrian shopping street. Hotel also offer free laundry (self service)

My friend and I slept there twice with a weekend trip in between, and while the rooms were identical, the second one was way cleaner than the first. The first room had sticky spots on the walls, hair on the floors, and very stained matresses with holed sheets. The bathroom was clean though. The room we got the second time was way cleaner. In both rooms, the AC is quite noisy but works well. The location is really great, and the guy at the reception desk pointed us towards some nearby breakfast spots. The free washing machine was awesome as well. If we had only had the second room, my overall experience would definitely have been better, so if you're unlucky and get a dirty room, perhaps they can swap you another.

The room wasn't clean. I took my shoes off as I entered the room and walk around for a few minutes. When I went to take my socks off, they were absolutely filthy covered in hair and dirt. I should have kept my shoes on. Luckily I only stayed one night.

An amazing hotel. The most comfortable bed we had during the entire trip—we honestly didn’t want to get up. We stayed just one night but would’ve gladly stayed longer just for that bed. The price was surprisingly low for the quality—truly exceptional.

A lot of mosquitoes in the lobby especially in the lobby toilet (literally swarm with mosquitoes) place is old and not kept clean

Good location near the elephant park. And close to walking street and restaurants. The deco is a bit dated but the chinese elements fit the environment. There is a sitting area in a bay window set up with a tea tray. Nice staff who kindly stored our luggage and helped with restaurant recommendations.

First of all, the location is convenient. Some attractions and pedestrian streets are very close. The room rate corresponds to the services, clean and cozy, and the old-fashioned design is cute. The reception is attentive and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location but just 3 stars for the service as the room were not ready at our arrival at 4pm… The check-in was at twelve.
