Ulasan Wing Hotel GuiLin-Central square

Bilik itu sangat bersih dan luas. Juga mempunyai ruang bacaan kecil yang comel. Kemudahan dobi adalah mencukupi. Saya sangat kecewa dengan kalis bunyi dan ihsan orang lain yang tinggal dan pembersih. Saya tidak tidur kerana banyak bunyi dari jalan tetapi terutamanya dari bilik di atas dan di sebelah saya. Sehingga jam 3 pagi saya boleh mendengar langkah kaki, TV dan dentuman. Saya kemudian terjaga dengan bayi menjerit pada pukul 7 pagi dan TV yang kuat datang dari salah satu bilik tempat tukang cuci sedang membersihkan dengan pintu terbuka luas.

Stayed at 正阳璞云酒店 for 5 nights to tour Guilin & Yangshuo. Had a great stay, as the hotel is conveniently located at 步行街. It is also easily walkable to nearby attractions like 逍遥楼 and 七星景区. There's also free coffee at the lobby.

Great hotel in the very center of Guilin! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and doing its best to accomodate every request. The breakfast is good too. I would like to use this opportunity to express my gratitude for Jenny the travel consultant, which has made my stay in super smooth, with private car and attractions booking, sightseeing and dining recommendations!

Great hotel in a great location. Super easy walk to the central tourist sites. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lovely shower and very comfortable bed. Good TV options including English movies for the foreigners :)

Properly the worth hotel I ever stayed. Very hard to locate, we struggle while driving, and reception girl is not helpful at all, guided us to a one way street and we now have points on the driving licence and have paid penalty. Room is very much outdated. Expensive for what is it. £110 for two rooms one night. Wall is mouldy and stained. Smells bad, someone is dragging their feet upstairs and some shouting in the hallway, had a horrible night. I cancelled the remaining two days in the morning and checked in else where with similar price but much better amenities.

Excellent location and hotel is new and clean. bustling food stalls just right in front of hotel main entrance . I have decided to retur. After a night away in Yangshuo

The hotel is at a very convenient location, near shopping and food locations, with friendly and helpful desk clerks. The rooms are very clean and spacious and room service does a good job.

The hotel is right in the city centre and it's close to plenty of shops, restaurants and street food markets. It's also near the Sun and Moon Pagodas. The room was large comfortable and with all toiletries and free drinks and snacks. They also have laundry facilities free to use. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Guilin Wing Hotel is centrally located at Guilin City. The hotel is surrounded by food stall and shop selling clothes. Opposite the hotel, a food court, Guilin Good Food 桂林好吃街 and few step away, Guilin Zhengyang Pedestrian Street 正阳步行街. Hotel is within walking distance to Elephant Trunk Mountain, Jingjiang Palace, Two Rivers and Four Lakes. A travel agency counter for booking of tour in the hotel lobby whereby you can book day tour and cruise. WeChat the Hotel 2 week before we arrive to find out the option of day tour. The lady 小韦, contact us to discuss the activities we want to go. She was very positive and not pushy. She advice and provide option for us to choose. She was very helpful and help us book Guilin Two-Rivers-Four-Lakes Cruise 两江四湖, Guilin Longji Terraced Scenic Area 龙脊梯田金坑大寨, Rafting Down Li River in Guilin (桂林漓江漂流) with cheaper price. We book a Family Triple Room, consist of 1 Queen bed and 1 Single bed. Hotel provide free use of washing machine, dryer and also a gym room. Buffet breakfast was good with reasonable price of Rmb$30 per person. Housekeeping was good and not sure what they spray at the corridor because of the good smell. At the lobby, the Hotel provide free Chinese tea and luo han guo for guests to drink every day. Basically, I find the staff, from the Front desk staff to the breakfast staff all has a very good service attitude, friendly and helpful. I am fully satisfied with my stay in the hotel.

Fantastic location, with hawker centers and clothing stores all at our doorstep. Not only that, the tourist attractions, such as the elephant trunk hill, were only a stone’s throw away. The hotel staff were very friendly as well, helping me and my family out whenever we needed clarifications or directions. The breakfast was excellent too, with the local experience of eating 桂林米粉 and 汤圆. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Love this hotel location, the room size. Also has a very friendly and helpful travel guide who help us book of next few days itenary during our stays in Guilin. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

The location is good, walking distance to the attractions. Room is big and clean, the only drawback to me is the shower room, I can't hung my clothes inside as it will get wet😅
