Mercure is my go-to hotel every time I visit Guilin. Its location is fantastic, right near Gaoxin Wanda, and you're spoiled for choice with all the great food options nearby. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Plus, key card access to the guest floors ensures excellent privacy and security. I highly recommend it!

The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us a free upgrade to a family room and complimentary meal vouchers. The breakfast was excellent! The pedestrian street is conveniently located right downstairs, and Wanda Plaza is just diagonally across the street. This hotel was the highlight of our Guilin trip, offering excellent value for money. My daughter even said she wants to stay at the Mercure Hotel again on our next visit to Guilin.

This Mercure hotel in Guilin High-tech Zone offers excellent value for money. It's conveniently located directly opposite Wanda Plaza and close to the restaurants we visited. It's ideal for both leisure trips with friends and business travel.

Great location, close to the central business district. The rooms are well soundproofed, the front desk staff provided attentive service, and the breakfast was plentiful.

First of all thanks for the upgrading service, the experience staying in guilin is great, location is nearby lots restaurant choice, plus able to walk to wanda plaza, but need to be extra careful as need to cross few road to reach. Thanks.

This is a really great hotel. The decor is very stylish, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Its location is excellent too; it's very close to Wanda and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, making dining incredibly convenient. Getting around is also a breeze. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin.

On my recent trip back to Guilin, I stayed at the Mercure Hotel. We brought our child for breakfast, and despite them being over the height limit, the restaurant staff kindly charged only half price. The buffet breakfast also offered a great variety of dishes.

1. A staff member took a delivery person directly to my room to pick up a return parcel without properly verifying my identity. 2. I accidentally left an item in my room after checking out. The hotel didn't inform me for over ten hours. When I eventually called the front desk to inquire about my forgotten item, their immediate response wasn't to help me confirm what I'd left, but to ask if I had added the hotel's WeChat account. More than half an hour later, they still hadn't confirmed whether my item had been found. 3. I had booked a King Room, but was given a Twin Room instead. They told me there were no King Rooms available, which begs the question: why accept the reservation if you can't provide the room type booked? 4. And this is supposedly a premium hotel under the H Rewards (Huazhu Group) banner? Their awareness of safety and service is truly abysmal. A thoroughly disappointing experience, meriting a severe negative review.

An absolutely fantastic stay! We had an incredibly satisfying stay here. The hotel boasts a superb location, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and check-in was swift and efficient. Our room was spotless, the bedding incredibly comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep, allowing us to wake up refreshed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious. The facilities, including the gym, were all very clean and well-maintained, contributing to a great overall experience. Outstanding value for money. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit and highly recommend it to all travelers!

The room was spotless, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if disposable toilet seat covers were provided. Even though the toilet itself was very clean, I still think they would be a welcome amenity. Overall, the stay was excellent. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and it's very convenient for getting around.

The mini-bar is wonderfully curated, offering a diverse range of beverages. From refreshing mineral water and various soft drinks to rich coffee and tea bags, there's truly something for every taste.

Overall it’s a good hotel to stay.

The 2 young receptionist that manage my family (together with my wife and son) check in was wonderful. One of the ladies even give us a Guilin attraction booklet with all the explanation. I didn’t take down their name, but we arrived on 16 March around 2pm from Singapore. Hope the hotel management appreciate these 2 wonderful ladies effort and award them best employee of the month.
