It was a great experience! The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is pretty good spa at the hotel as well! Definitely coming again!

The hotel is located near town center, easy access to all major scenic places. I like the hotel situated next to the river that makes the morning walk such a pleasant experience. The hotel staff are so friendly, 小婷，琴琴，小歡 all offered great service, they even went extra and helped us reserve the best roast goose restaurant in town, not to mention getting the taxi service. Will definitely stay again if we return to 桂林 !

Very nice hotel with a great location and excellent service. I visited Guilin for 3 nights together with my girlfriend. We had a room with river view and a (huge) bathtub overlooking the river. Even though most staff didn't speak English they went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. The service, from booking the river ferry to helping with food ordering was absolutely stellar. WeChat correspondence with one of the reception staff (Yao Xiaoting) allowed for convenient conversation despite the language barrier. The room itself is really beautiful and the almost jacuzzi sized bathtub was a great feature. The bed is really comfortable and the shower is top of the line. And all that for a really good price. One of the best stays I've experienced in China, I can't recommend it enough!

General condition of Family room is fine. Bed is comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful receptionists and breakfast ladies. We asked for directions, and one of the receptionists even walked us to the restaurant to make sure we got there and then assisted us to order food. Wow!!

Overall the hotel was great! Amy and the other staff members were very friendly. they helped me set up eleme directly to my hotel room so i could get essentials. my room came w a steam fireplace and tub, w a good view of the city. Elephant Hill and the Sun and Moon Pagodas are a 10 minute walk away. bar and wading pool on the 8th floor, travel guide services as well.

Awesome hotel. Very friendly staff. The family rooms has a huge room for kids with plenty of space for the family. 1.st floor has a small play area for the kids and the rooftop has a small pool great for cooling down in the hot weather. The lobby has a small tourist office which will help you to book local tours.
