Hotel 4 bintang Guilin yang Popular

An old 4* hotel with a central location in Guilin lake area. Unfortunately our « lake view » room had view of the carpark… But if you do not go for the hotel view, I still recommend that historic landmark if you can book it with a discount.

We loved this hotel! It was the best hotel we booked on this trip. It is close to everything and easy to get to from the train station by bus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, nice, smart. Any room has not only a number but also a name. My travel companions and I appreciated the welcome and goodbye gifts. If I return to Guilin this will be my hotel.

I recently stayed at the Universal International Hotel in Guilin, located next to the Li River and close to the Elephant Trunk scenic spot. I booked through Trip.com, but the check-in experience was disappointing as I had to wait an hour for my room to be ready. Fortunately, the staff were kind enough to upgrade my room due to the delay. The new room was much bigger and included a living room. Although the room was clean, the decoration felt outdated. I encountered issues with the toilet, which maintenance promptly fixed, but the bathroom drain emitted a terrible smell, necessitating that I keep the bathroom door closed. On the last evening, I was disturbed by a cockroach running around the floor. The hotel’s breakfast was quite poor, with a very limited selection. The so-called “international” options were almost nonexistent, consisting only of toast and coffee. I stayed for three nights but only ate breakfast once due to its subpar quality. However, the location of the hotel was excellent, being very close to all the scenic spots. Despite the responsive customer service in handling room issues, my overall experience at the hotel was very low, and I did not enjoy my stay. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

住的豪華雙床房，房間很大，盥洗間超大，洗澡、入廁、洗手枱三分開，還帶個超大的浴缸（沒用過，懂的人都懂），兩個高靠背沙發，大落地玻璃窗，裝修的質量可以。酒店坐落在廣西特色作物研究院院子裏面，院子很大，帶個停車場，經常有旅遊客車進來上下客。酒店附近環境一般，有許多飯館，商店，超市，複印店，離廣西師範大學育才路校區幾百米。酒店旁邊有個小飯館很火，天天晚上飽滿，火鍋幹筍燜鴨、素炒油麥菜很好吃。酒店大堂巨大，服務枱小姐姐態度很好，很熱情。大堂裏擺了一套沙發材質做工很好，非常氣派，標價46.8萬。酒店有自助洗衣房，帶洗衣液、洗衣粉、消毒液，還有烘乾機，全是免費，四月的桂林太潮濕。另有共享小的帶輪子的烘乾機，可以掃碼拖回房間。酒店的一名維修電工非常熱情，幫我調洗衣機、烘乾機，非常感謝。酒店早餐比較單一，米粉、豆漿、牛奶、稀飯，油茶、紅薯、玉米、花捲、餃子、包子等，沒有炒菜。二樓出電梯，有個大的廳，帶沙發，不想呆在房間可在此坐坐也不錯。

Kind staff, clean hotel. The pool is closed because it is not clean, wasn't mentioned when booked, disappointing.

房間🏠寬敞，中試風格，我們選的有陽台的房間。在一樓。蚊香全插，就幾乎沒有蚊子。空調冷氣十足。 環境🌹很幽靜，早起去吃早飯也感覺很好。可以散散步。就在植物園裡。 服務👧姐姐們都很棒。雖然不是那種20來歲的美女帥哥。但是服務意識很強。 早餐🥣米粉意外的好吃。品種豐富。就是遇到一個其他國家的小朋友。用自助餐枱的公勺吃東西，用手抓自助餐枱的食物，舀完餐枱的番茄醬居然勺子放嘴裏嗦乾淨又放回番茄醬裏，他的媽媽頭髮掉煎蛋上了她又把煎蛋放回保温台裏換了一個。嗯。就很噁心。希望姐姐們要加強餐食區監管和巡台。 總體來説，很不錯的酒店。

Location is fantastic as it’s very near the Elephant Trunk Jill and Sun and Moon Pagoda attractions. The hotel has only a few errant guests smoking so we managed to get one clean smelling room and one with slight smoky smell, but cleaners helped with air freshener. The tour desk at lobby offered the best price for Li Rver Cruise, better than other tour agencies on the street. Highly recommended to book with them. There’s also a small restaurant located at the back of the hotel 荣贵 which offers good food at great value. Staff service is great. I would totally stay here again.
