入住體驗超讚！暖心水給得特別實在，房間書桌旁酒店前台餐廳都有暖心水，出門時前台也會送一瓶礦泉水路上喝；電視畫質清晰不模糊，電視投屏秒連超順暢，電視頻道也很全，躺床追劇完全不卡頓；房間裏沒有一點雜味，淡淡的乾淨氣息很舒服；辦理入住時前台還主動奉茶，一杯温茶下肚，旅途疲憊一下子緩解不少，整體住得特別舒心～

房間設計和設施都還不錯，就是服務細節上要加強，有點小狀況也有解決問題的態度，但能發現在問題的前面就更好了。祝生意越來越好!

這次住亞朵，最打動我的不是多豪華的裝修，而是那種“被放在心上”的踏實。剛到前台，還沒等我説要辦入住，工作人員就遞來杯温乎乎的檸檬水，笑着説“看您拎着行李，先歇口氣”，瞬間就消了趕路的累。後來聊起想找家本地人常去的麪館，她不光給指了路，還特意説“那家店小菜免費加，您別客氣”，細節到讓人心裏發暖。進房間放下行李，隨手摸了下枕頭，居然是軟硬度剛好的那種——之前住別的酒店總覺得要麼太硬要麼太軟，這兒像提前知道我習慣似的。晚上洗澡發現沐浴露快沒了，正想打電話要，一拉開抽屜就看見備用的，連包裝都拆好了小口，方便拿取。第二天早上起晚了，趕去餐廳時快收餐了，本以為衹能隨便吃點，結果廚師大哥説“您別急，我再給您熱個包子”，還多盛了碗熱粥，怕我沒吃飽。下午想洗件襯衫，去洗衣房時發現洗衣機里正好有別人剛洗完的衣服，正糾結要不要等，工作人員就過來説“您把衣服放這兒吧，等下我幫您盯着，洗好給您疊好送房間”，省得我來回跑。晚上在一樓竹居看書，不知不覺坐了挺久，工作人員沒過來打擾，就悄悄在我手邊放了杯熱普洱，杯壁還套了個小絨套，怕我燙手。走的時候忘拿放在床頭的充電器，都快到地鐵站了，前台還特意打電話過來，説已經幫我收好，下次來取或者寄給我都行。全程沒有一點“住酒店”的生疏感，反而像去朋友家做客，處處都是不用開口就被照顧到的貼心。這種舒服勁兒，比任何高檔設施都讓人難忘，下次出門肯定還選亞朵。
