The public areas and elevators are cleaned and disinfected daily, making the whole place spotless and reassuringly clean to stay in. "The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Jiaxiu Tower, with tons of great food options nearby. It was lovely to take a stroll along the Qingshui River after dinner. The breakfast was rich and offered a wide variety of Guiyang's local specialties. The housekeeping and security staff were very friendly and proactive with their service – thumbs up! 👍 My only minor complaint is that the hotel facilities are a bit dated and don't quite meet five-star standards. I did notice they're in the process of updating, so I hope it keeps getting better."

"The mall is right downstairs, which is super convenient. When we checked in, a staff member came down to greet us and help with parking. The room had a lovely, cozy theme. Xiao Lan provided very thoughtful service; not only did she upgrade our room for free, but she also gave my child a complimentary ticket to the kids' play area."

"One word: Terrible. Because we were staying for two consecutive nights, we were exhausted from sightseeing on the second day. When we got back to the hotel, we were just tired and wanted to lie down immediately. However, we couldn't unlock our room card after trying for a long time. We called the front desk multiple times, but it was always busy. Then we found the hotel's phone number on a travel platform. They told us that the room cards are demagnetized daily and we need to go to the front desk every day (the front desk and hotel are separate). Why didn't they inform us when we checked in? And knowing we were staying for two consecutive nights, why did they do this? We said we were too tired to go to the front desk and asked them to open the door. They said okay, and then a staff member came, but he had a very sour face, like we owed him money. The experience was extremely poor. On the first day, a staff member mistakenly gave us the wrong room card, but she noticed it immediately and chased after us with a sincere and polite attitude. We didn't mind and were all smiling, not thinking about being angry. So attitude is really important. However, I'm speechless at the mentality of this staff member who brought us the room card. Then today we checked out. We packed up and went down to the front desk to check out, only to find the front door locked. We were stunned. This is the most outrageous experience we've ever had at any hotel. We left after 10 pm, and their front desk was still closed. I don't understand this hotel's bizarre practices. As for the room facilities, I'm speechless. The bathroom door was broken; we couldn't even close it properly. Secondly, the bathroom didn't have a ventilation system, and there was no heating either. Although we don't need the heating right now in this weather, why are they missing even these basic amenities? In short, avoid this hotel; I don't recommend anyone stay here."

"This was the worst Atour Hotel I've ever stayed at. The soundproofing was terrible, and the low ceilings made the room feel oppressive. However, I can overlook that because of its proximity to the North Railway Station. Stepping downstairs, you're right on a bustling street with plenty of dining options, which is very convenient."

"The front desk service was very enthusiastic, and the special breakfast, sour soup noodles, was also good. The famous internet celebrity snack, LiuGuangMen Mao Auntie's Sticky Rice, is right next door. It's quite close to all the tourist spots, highly recommended."
