Hotel Kawasan Baru Jinyang di Guiyang

Hotel and room are okay, only problem is it is located about 10km away from all the tourist attractions however the hotel is close to the subway, so its still accessible. Breakfast is super good with lots of options and room amenities are alright. My room says it comes with Dyson hair dryer but its not. Unfortunately when i stayed there was a construction with drillings go off at 8am sharp everyday which made it hard to sleep in. Hotel provides laundry services which is good, they collect it and send the clothes back to your room.

Since I stayed in the city center of Guiyang and it was quite noisy during the first half of the trip, I decided to stay at this hotel, which had a good reputation. The 12th floor of the building is used as accommodation. They provided breakfast delivered to the room. The laundry service was also nice.

simple and trendy decoration, upgraded by hotel, really appreciated. very quiet room, meets my light-sleeper requirement lots of supermarkets nearby, even can find a coffee stand just below the building superb location

Good location. Room is good size with bath tub, separate shower and toilet. Breakfast caters to both Chinese and Western tastes. Check-in and check-out process is smooth because my timing is at odd hours.

The whole place is fantastic. It comes with laundry services, you just have to write a note with your room number and the cleaning crew will help you with the laundry. Most of the important amenities are there with the exception of a fridge. Apparently fridge are only provided in the more expensive room type. However, that still doesn't deter me from staying here. It's a superb hotel after all with free shuttle service to the nearest train station which is 10min away. Place is also super clean.

Location is great! A short 10 minute walk away from the metro station and mall. Many good food options nearby. Extremely friendly staff who answered all queries and acceded to our requests. Easy to use washing machine provided. Breakfast was scrumptious too! Highly recommended for travellers looking for a clean, spacious and fantastic stay in Guiyang City.

Stacey Gan Mandy Liu and William are all great. Very friendly. The breakfast is great and the view is splendid. I only come here when I’m in Guiyang.

Good value for money. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel gave us free upgrade to a suite. Good breakfast as well.
