酒店停車場很棒，車位很多，而且車位比一般的車位寬不少！贊一個👍
前台辦入住很快，幾分鐘就辦好，態度很好，而且還主動介紹了酒店的健身房和早餐的位置和營業時間。
房間很乾凈，能看出來房間裏面的陳設和衞生是五星級的水準。
酒店早餐，種類豐富，本地特色菜品也有好幾款，各式麪包是我的最愛，還有本地口味的粉面也推薦品嚐哦，推薦幹拌肉末粉加一點點酸豇豆和油炸花生拌在一起調好喜歡的味道，會有小驚喜的哦；餐廳服務也熱情，細心給我安排在旁邊安靜的小餐廳，周到👍
特別提一下，酒店門口就有一個私家花園，晚上走走逛逛，鳥語花香特別愜意！🙂
如果在花溪附近，強烈推薦，關鍵是價格不高，附近就是青巖古鎮、天河潭、花溪濕地公園……

RRegiThis was our first trip to Guizhou and Guiyang was our first stop. What a nice way to enter an unknown city! Maison Albar is gorgeous in every way and totally brand new! The butler service was incredibly useful for us non-Chinese speakers. Nothing we asked for was too much. Our only wish was that they had a swimming pool and more than one restaurant but other than that, we were so pleased with our stay. Beautiful deco and amenities all around. Yilia was especially helpful and very attentive. We are so grateful for her support. Breakfast was delicious and we were spoilt for choice! Can’t wait to experience Maison Albar again!

WWendyhohoWe booked the executive room. The room is very huge. The view is perfect we seem the highest building in this area. The sunrise view is perfect too.
The toilet is very big with separate bath and shower place. I suggest put some bath salt and shampoo/ shower gel there.
Staffs are very friendly.
The lounge is very good too, with small portion of steaks, drinks, salad and desserts.
However, there’s no plugs in the toilet area, we have to go out to find plug for drying hair. It’s a bit inconvenient.

DDarriI stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed.
When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important.
The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly.
I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room.
The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this.
The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming.
We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\
Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious. Its inexpensive and I believe its worth the price.

PPengguna TetamuA smart, affordable, downtown hotel which is spotlessly clean. The staff were very smiley and welcoming, and did everything they could to be helpful. The delightful young lady on the front desk spoke some English and even took me down the road to find somewhere to eat! The rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is awesome! There's a gym and laundry facilities if required. The breakfast was included and had some Western options. The location is good (not too far in a taxi from the station) with a variety of bars and restaurants in the area. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm in Guiyang.

- hearty and delicious breakfast. Steaming freshly cooked- noodles with different toppings, fried rice, steamed rice, rice porridge, various dishes, fruit juices, hot beverages, fruits, desserts, on-the-go breakfast snacks, etc. The manager personally managed the breakfast spread, making sure the food and drinks were replenished and invited guests to try the breakfast noodle.

My train was delayed due to weather conditions. Instead of arriving at 22:11, I arrived at Guiyang North Railway station at almost 23:00, the manager promptly replied to my messages to see to it that I correctly followed the directions to the hotel since I don't speak Chinese and it was already late at night. He assured me that the staff was expecting me and the room had been prepared and reserved for me. They upgraded me to a bigger room + complimentary breakfast! ❤️
- The staff and the manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. It was raining when I left for the airport and they provided a service umbrella and instructed the driver to drop me at T2 on my behalf since I am a foreigner and I don't speak Chinese!

MMee LianHighly recommend this hotel for the staff excellent service especially the front desk lady named 同心 who goes beyond her duty to help me despite her ”off-day” and she provided good advice for my travel around the city. She also helped me to arrange for a day trip to 百里杜鹃 and even helped me to get refund for my taxi from the travel agent. The pick-up and fetch limousine service to and from the 贵阳北站 is fast and convenient and the driver is very handsome and nice. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Guiyang again.

Cchrischan1609First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name.
Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

TTherRaIch hatte ein Zimmer gebucht, ohne mir genau über das Zimmer an sich Gedanken zu machen. Alles, was ich wusste, war ”rundes Bett”.
Was soll ich sagen? Es war grandios! Das Bett war nicht nur rund, sondern auch riesig und das Zimmer war eher ein kleines Apartment mitsamt Küchenzeile, großer Sofaecke und schickem Badezimmer.
Auch die Lage (direkt an einer U-Bahn Station der Linie 2) war perfekt, um schnell in die verschiedenen Ecken Guiyangs zu kommen. Mit dem eigenen kleinen ”Supermarkt” für schnelle Einkäufe direkt im Gebäude und einer Mall direkt in der Nachbarschaft, mangelt es hier an nichts.
Ich hab also nichts zu meckern und empfehle es voll und ganz weiter 😊.

SScarletTheWanderer🏨 Situated 30 mins from the airport this is a little gem located right in the heart of Huaxi Shilihe Beach National Urban Wetland Park. 马娟 the manager was so nice and went out of her way to make me feel welcome.
I was upgraded to a suite which was spacious, had a lovely bath and the bed and sheets were luxurious. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was very hot in my room but the manager found me a fan right away which was perfect and I had a nice nights sleep. The hotel lobby and stairway could be a little more clean but the views were nice from the common balcony area.
🤩 马娟 showed me where I could rent a bike to explore the wetland park and made delicious recommendations on where I could get the local noodles that were soooo tasty I went back twice! 🥘 The restaurants nearby serve a lot of BBQ and many other places have KTV but it didn’t go on throughout the night. There is a little construction across the valley during the day as it seems someone is building a big resort but inside the room it was very quiet. It’s a 3 mins walk from the river and if you walk about 5 mins away from the little town it’s quiet and peaceful by the river.
❤️ I would recommend staying here if you want to explore a gorgeous wetland park in the city or if you want a little taste of nature before flying from Guiyang. It’s also very close to the Huaxi park (about 20mins walk) and Tianhetan park is around a 25-40 mins taxi depending on traffic and time and costs about 40-50rmb.
