Hotel terbaik di Gujan-Mestras

Having stayed here for a few days I can only describe the hotel as average at best. To describe the positives first: friendly staff, codes for the doors meaning no concern over lost key cards, and free parking. For the rest…. We had a plus room but there was nothing plus about them except the Nespresso machine, which we were given 3 capsules for 3 nights stay between two of us, and of course the fact we were given an extra towel and a hairdryer. Size wise the room was smaller than I’d expect for something described as a plus room but had all the amenities needed including somewhere to hang clothes and a shower. The air conditioning advertised came on for 1 minute every 30 minutes and while there was a thermostat in the room, the unit could not be controlled by us to get it to blow out constantly or cold enough leading us to be too hot for the whole stay, even in April, this lead to poor quality of sleep. With the window open you can dulcetly be put to sleep by the constant noise from the motorway though. The bed is the typical European very firm but on the positive the double bed was actually a double and not too singles pushed together. Breakfast was 10.95€ per person per day which for continental breakfast seemed steep however there are plenty of cafes and bakeries within a short drive which serve good coffee and food choices for breakfast for cheaper. It was our first experience of hotel b&b brand and in all honesty it will be our last. While the option was the cheapest in the area, there was a good reason for that. Personally had we been aware of the standard of the hotel more before booking I’d have paid more for a more comfortable accommodation with controllable air con and a softer bed.

Lovely location. Great view from our room and balcony. Ten minutes walk to the beach and approx 15/20 mins to train station and centre. Beautiful room, lots of space for me and my two children. excellent air conditioning and shutter blinds. Fabulous rooftop terrace with bar, Staff were lovely. Would definitely return.

Accueil très agréable, personnel sympathique et disponible. Emplacement pratique Chambre bien équipée. Un bémol pour une odeur nauséabonde dans les toilettes à notre arrivée et plusieurs tâches sur la moquette. Nous étions 2,il manquait une grande serviette de bain.

L’hôtel est bien situé, l’appartement était vraiment bien. Le concept est interessant et surtout très pratique, nous avons pu nous faire à manger et il y avait même un lave vaisselle! Le lit était vraiment très confortable nous avons passer une superbe nuit. Seul petit hic les voisins d’à côté un peu (très) bruyant jusqu’à 00h…

Accueil souriant. Certes la cabine de douche est petite mais la salle d'eau permet de bien bouger. Contrairement à beaucoup d'avis négatifs nous n'avons pas trouvé notre chambre N°218 bruyante et nous avons bien dormi. Il y avait une petite bouteille d'eau à notre disposition.

Chambre et salle d’eau confortables, fonctionnelles (mobilier bien pensé), silencieuses, tant depuis l’intérieur du bâtiment que depuis l’extérieur, et d’une propreté irréprochable, avec petit déjeuner d’une grande variété et fraicheur. Je recommande cet établissement, et conseille à certains responsables d’Hôtels, d’y séjourner au moins une fois, pour s’en inspirer. Félicitations à la direction et à son personnel.
