Terrible experience on stay, moreover mm t has no response on this. Encountered several bad services.

The hotel has a pathetic customer service as of today they denied me breakfast on my current booking despite of extending my stay for one more day. Even after booking my stay they profusely told me that you could get your breakfast ( which was done in previous day booking ) after you check in for the new booking. The hotel staff couldnt be more shameful than this as well makemytrip for not resolving this.

The stay was excellent. Rooms are very spacious & the property is at the walking distance from the rajkot central bus stand. Food quality is excellent however the prices seem a bit on higher side. However, there are a lot of options nearby for quick snacks as well for lunch/dinner. 4. 5/5 for me.

Had a initial bad experience as wrong category of room was allotted however post the same the stay was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and the food was decent. The breakfast in the morning was good, but there were very limited options available.

Room was neat n clean. Staff was good. Market is near and u can go anywhere in rajkot from the hotel.

Not a good experience with hotel. Rooms are too small as compared to price. Hotel is denied to give gst invoice as we have book through mmt.

Pathetic experience called the hotel before booking that refrigerator and kettle will be there in the room or not they agreed upon that it is available but my room *didn't* have any of these plus the breakfast here is rubbish food was not at all good at this price point instead one should book without breakfast room and eat on street side worst experience with makemytrip won't recommended to anyone to book here

The stay was more than expected on the first day but then on the second day I faced issue regarding Air condotion and then I contacted your helpline number and all issues were resolved with immediate effect and I was rewarded with a voucher too Overall the hotel stay was average but MAKE MY TRIP service was the best part of my experience

Room & amenities were good. Room service & laundry services was also quick & good enough. In food breakfast buffe was great all type of food was available. In lunch punjabi & gujrati unlimited thali was there. I preferred to eat in restaurant because in room it was more than enough for one person. For smoker it is good that you can do smoking in room but for me it was not good experience related to hygiene smell was there in bathroom permanently.
