Comfortable stay. Very much recommend for family. Staff were very polite with Excellent food and service. Very near to Gondala ride and other sightseeing places. Centrally controlled heating rooms makes your stay in winter pleasant.

The hotel is nestled in hills and offers picturesque views right from your bed through the big windows. The hotel staff is super polite works really hard to make your stay worthwhile especially Mr. Shabbir who ensured we had a great stay - always with a smile on his face. The rooms are well heated and quite cozy. The food there is delicious especially the vegetarian food. We didn’t try the non-veg food so can’t comment on that. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay. The local sightseeing points are within 10 mins walk.

Nice place to stay and all the staffs are very good kitchen is good and the food also veg and non - veg food is provided seperately which is very good for vegetarian people.. room service is there in a single call even if we call twice or thrice they don't show off there face.. which is very nice...

Very nice ambiance of hotel, service is excellent, food is really good, Staff is very polite and gave good service. Rooms are comfortable with all useful accessories.location is also good. Thanks to Mr Shaid Reception person for giving good service .

It was Snowing, when we reached there. The Rooms were excellent with good heating (even in Toilet) and good amenities. Hotel is near to Gondola Ride starting point, but has limited accommodation. No concept of lift, hence little difficult for the elderly. Food was reasonably good.

Rooms are excellent...food was great...and the staff and people here are so helpful and very lineanent in talking...service was excellent in every ways and everything was nice....Malik faizan is a great person and helped us alot in every way...his way of talking and helpful nature was great Will come back when i will get tje chance

Had an amazing stay with well maintained property n friendly staff and good food We stayed here for two nights in a temperature of -5 degrees They have a very good heating system with good breakfast This property was not accessible with full of snow the hotel staff literally lifted all our luggage from close to 500 mts
