Tavsiye edilecek bir tarafı yok! Hayatımda gördüğüm en köyü hizmet kalitesi, sorumsuzluk ilgisizlik vs.. Otelin her yerinde temizlik problemi var..hijyen sifir! Personell tamamen yetersiz, ilgisiz. Yemekleri çok kötü. Ortada Müdür falan yok asla sorunuzu çözmek için muhatap bulamıyorsunuz. Kısacası manzarası, denize sıfır olması, SPA ve a la Carte Rest. dolayı tercih ettiğimiz bu otelden sıfır memnuniyetle ayrıldık.

To our surprise the hotel has had a major refurbishment including a name change. It's now the Mirada Hotel and Resort. The hotel reopened July 22. The hotel is amazing inside and out, this is.a children friendly hotel, huge pool and plenty of empty sunbeds. The private beach is ace and worth the walk down. We had a great time and met so many lovely people, the food and drink was complementary all day and plenty to choose from, of you don't like the buffet, try the restaurant downstairs. This was a family holiday and everyone at the hotel done everything to make this a special one. Two little bits of advise. When using taxis make sure the put the metre on. We had Claros tour rep, he came seen us on the first morning, booked trips with him, son became ill so needed a doctor, we never seen our rep or money again. Go for a walk first, boat trips etc etc run every day. Have a great holiday...

I wanted to say never go to this hotel. All the people in this hotel are thieves and swindlers and at any moment you may fall into the trap of one of them. Even though it's a 5 start hotel, the quality doesn't go beyond 3 star,the reason for 3 is the beach is excellent. FOOD: Near terrible. CLEANNESS : Again near terrible. Everywhere was dirty, no ashtrayers around, you are given a cartoon with some water to use as. STAFF: They are nice and trying hard but hotel is completely understaffed except the animation team. ANIMATIONS: Although they were 6, their productivity could be achieved by 2. BEACH: Excellent, however in the peak time you will have hard time to find free sunbeds. ROOM: Stayed in sea view one, it's wide but old and needs refurbishment. A/C was almost doing nothing and room was hot all the time. Why the hell someone have to knock your door at 9am in the morning and ask if you would like your room to be cleaned? Simple badges with DND/CLEAN isn't that hard. Greenheads everywhere, everyone was bitten. Please stay away from this hotel.
