Sinabung Hills Resort

It was so lovely and amazing trip where I can have chance to come and stay at Sinabung Hills Berastagi Medan. Skip a night from the busy hustle Medan city is a good choice to be in quite fresh cold place and see the nature blend with the great hospitality products and services. Drove about 2 hours from Medan and recommended during weekdays instead of weekend and when you enter the Hotel area and go inside to the back side of Hotel then you can see how beautiful it is. Lobby is big enough with plenty of space, nice restaurant with amazing view. Feel like you forgot all your daily activities and feel the fresh air to breathe. Room is spacious and the view from the balcony was fantastic and love to open the windows during stay. Pool so big and beautiful garden with lovely colorful flowers everywhere, big Christmas trees everywhere. Staffs oh so amazing, they are all friendly and always smile and serve you with sincere, you can feel it. Overall, my one night stay brought me good memories and feel wanna back soon with my family. Thank you to Mr. Pasaribu (General Manager) and all hia entire teams who gave me warm welcome and good memories during stay. Goed hotel in de bergen van Berastagi. Ligt aan de rand van de stad. Zeer propere kamers en goed ontbijtbuffet. Zwembad was iets te koud om hier gebruik van te maken. Restaurant was niet open voor avondeten dus je moet wel naar de stad wandelen en daar eten zoeken wat niet gemakkelijk is om te vinden. Goed hotel om door te trekken naar Lake Tabo maar raad aan om dit in 1 trek te doen als het kan (vanuit Bukit Lawang)

Les chambres sont dans un état épouvantable et c'est très sale . Pas d'eau dans la salle de bain , il a fallu que 10 personnes viennent pour trouver le problème . Ce qui veut dire que personne n'est venu faire et inspecter la chambre avant notre arrivé . Des couloirs et une réception très bruyante jour et nuit . Nous n'avons pratiquement pas pu dormir . l’extérieur de l hôtel est fait pour vous en mettre plein la vue . C'est une vrai arnaque . surtout que nos chambres de luxe donnaient sur le parking . Le buffet au petit déjeuner une cantine avec quantité mais pas de qualités . le café déjà préparé et très très sucré " Imbuvable" , des fruits sans gouts dans un pays riche en fruits et légumes .

Ben hôtel avec un jardin magnifique et une belle piscine (froide). Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Eau chaude de 16h à 22h environ. Repas correct. Wifi à l’accueil. Personnel agréable. Bon point de chute à Berastagi sur la route du lac Toba.
