Hotel jay a "grand" ( fortune), pathetic services, no cleaning nothing. Ac not working properly. Washroom not clean. Do not have cafeteria. Staff are not friendly. Time to time booking. If i ask for the same. Booking cost rs800- per day. Bit ask to extend they want 250/hrs. Pathetic.

Terrible hotel. No cleanness, the entrance is scary because of construction work. Bedsheets and towels are dirty
no basic amenities also. How can mm t have such hotels listed on their menu. I have not taken pics

Hotel is good but no parking and no food service and maintaince is not happened to lift also giving huge sound.

It was not a good stay because of the below reasons. 01. No tv was given in the room, even after requesting them staffs did not cooperate. 02. Price is high. ( they charged 1, 700 for non ac room) it was not upto that standard. 03. No complementary. Not even drinking water they provide.

It's not a hotel but a lodge. I have checked in, rooms are very bad in shape with insects and cockroaches. Bathrooms are not pure cleaned before we got checked in. Walls are with fungus and are not cleaned. I recommend it’s waste of money to check in. In pictures, hotel might look decent but from inside disgusting. Blankets + towels are dirty. Also we planned to stay for night stay during the travel in nh16. But the hotel is too inside the city, reaching it from highway itself big travel.

Room no 301 is really small (hardly any space to walk for the 2nd person. Fan was making noise. No blades for the exhaust fan in the bathroom.
