It has been a great experience and the staff over there is very excellent especially Anil from house keeping department .He is so good and very co-operative &the way he approaches for every single thing is so nice .Overall i had a great experience i would like to do more bookings in future

I am very much satisfied with everything. The room size is good and is neatly maintained. The service is pretty quick. The food at the restaurant tastes good and has a nice ambience. The pool is neatly maintained and the gym and spa facilities are good. The location is convenient. We liked how we were received at the reception and also checkout was quick. Special mention to all the staff who were very friendly and smiling all the time.

I had a great experience with ITC Guntur, and the staff was very good, and we had a great experience, and we were thoroughly enjoyed over the day at ITC Guntur. Thank you. The housekeeping staff was too good, especially Anil and Kumar they have their approach was too good

Front office staff were so nice.. every one of them and Rahul sir thank you... Saleem Vikram and Neha are too good at thekr profession... housekeeping staff also at their best and IRD Satya And Deepak are so helpful .... Fazal and Nazimuddin are good

My stay in welcom hotel guntur was exceptional. The start(Fazel and bishal) provided excellent service, and the room was spacious, and comfortable with great city views. The breakfast buffet are fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel's amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, spa, and pool, were impressive. Conveniently located near attractions, yet peaceful, it was the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at ITC Welcome Hotel in Guntur, and the experience was truly exceptional. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. A special mention to Chinni, Deepak, and Anil for their remarkable service and attentiveness. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and always available to assist with any requests. The hotel’s atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every detail was taken care of with utmost care. I recently had a wonderful stay at Welcomhotel Guntur, where the hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, attentive and made my stay memorable. A special mention Vikram, Saleem, Chinna and Vineendra, who were exceptional in their service. Vikram’s dedication and professionalism made the check in process smooth and seamless. I had a lunch in welcome cafe ITC hotel Guntur buffet the food was very delicious and spicy all the staff also is very nice and the ambience also is nice Especially special thanks for Mr.naveen in restaurant we like the way of receiving us and very professionaly way of service finally we have excellent service thank u we will visit next time surely

It was a pleasant stay and the staff were very courteous. The breakfast spread was very nice. It was a safe place to stay as the security check was good. Rooms were very spacious and super clean. I checked in through their hotline number and it was very easy.

They have organised the event excellently. Ambience is too good and food is delicious. Rooms are spacious and maintained with hygiene. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Excellent Service at WelcomHotel Guntur I had a fantastic stay at WelcomHotel Guntur.
