Hotel Perniagaan di Gurgaon

This hotel didn’t start off great but they soon changed my perception! The ***ager Kapil Yadav is an excellent front desk ***ager. He knows how to treat his guests and make them feel special. Ashish Dubey gave us great service at their dinning facilities. I was extremely impressed by the staff here .

I stayed at the plams town & country clun from 12th April - 14th April. I had the worst stay experience ever. The staff is rude , unhospitable and have delayed services. My 6 year old niece was unwell & hungry at night , the in room dining refused to make anything out of the menu for the kid (the menu is far cry from being kid friendly menu ). They just wanted to make money hence forced me to order egg chicken burger but refused to make simple boiled egg. They even refused to give plain milk as it was not mentioned in the in room dining menu & they have to adhere the menu strictly. Never heard this kind of rules in a hotel business - that too for a kid . They mention themselves as 4 star property but their should be ranked 2 star The Security at the main gate of the reception is so rude, in real kicked my uber drivers car to move it away from the main enterance . The staff has no ***ners to be in hospitality business. they need to be sent to hotel service induction program. I stayed in the premium Rooms , the towels provided are dirty unclean and old . Other than the reception and coffee shop There is no hygine outside the rooms. the food is average , the room service is over priced , unhealthy and extremely delayed. The wi fi network also doesnt work properly in rooms. Everything else can be excused but denying a ill child basic food is uacceptable. I even escaleted this matter but no one cared . We were 2 couples travelling together and we had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly greeted by Sanjeev Suri (Airport Supervisor) in the airport itself, while waiting for our luggage! Our welcome and transfer to the hotel was super comfortable in spite of having to walk a long way to get to the transfer vehicles. This was due to the airport having to handle G20 meeting participants. Excellent service was provided to us always at the club lounge by Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) and your other staff. At breakfast, your Sous Chef Regan Barua Chowdhury went the extra mile to prepare vegan pastries and other delicacies for our vegan sister. Server Dhaiaya was at her best in looking after our every need.

The moment you enter the property, you get that amazing calming feeling instantly making you comfortable. Our check in process was seamless and quick. The rooms are big and the most important thing, they are extremely clean and tidy. You won't even find a single bit of dust anywhere. Even the washrooms shine with cleanliness. Our package included High Tea, Dinner and Breakfast. Since the occupancy was low, we got the option to order Ala Carte for dinner. We ordered our favourite dishes, from which Chef Vasudev Rawat Ji's Kashmiri Pulao and Saag Wala Paneer were pit of this world. I mean I have never tried anything like it before. The pulo was so good that it did not anything to complement it. It is definitely a must try. The icing on the cake is that everything single menu item here is prepared fresh, you can literally feel it in every bite. That's why they have a small menu but every single item on it will be the best you can have in Gurgaon. Apart from all the amenities and food, it always comes down to the people, and The Place has amazing and kind staff. From Kasim Khan, our server to the Front Office Manager, Rahul. Everyone was really welcoming and right at your service for anything you require. Truly an amazing experience! Normally, it is the property that gains advantage by being a Member of Radisson Individuals, but I think Chef Rawat's Kitchen and the Staff's commitment to their work has turned the tables, uplifting Radisson's name in hospitality.

Good stay with Family It was an amazing stay, staff is excellent and extremely polite mostly Mr Rajat yadav . The location is easily reachable and no hassle, right from checkin to stay everything was smooth and everyone is cooperative. Food is good, although the choices are less but what all was available was 👍 great

Hotel was good to stay, hospitality was not that good, staff was not available at time. Food was good. Overall amazing stay.
