It was pathetic. For 1600 room there was no geyser, bedsheet was dirty. Over all not recommended. I will rate in negative

The location of this hotel is very good. It is situated at the center of the pal-ton bazar (market. Railway station is very close from this hotel. But rooms are not maintained properly. They are not cleaned, blankets, bed sheets are dirty. I hope that this hotel should improve this things in future.

Very bad bcz the first impression after arriving in the reception desk we asked for hot water for bath and the receptionist disrespected its mention there no hot water and complimentary breakfast and just tell me how we will know that in bucket also hot water cannot be given and after while doing booking u don’t saw written like that water cannot be provided and even room was so small it was one person to move in the room they provide a twin bed and evn the bathroom was smelling so bad. And the person behaviour was so bad he was telling if the boys getting they will say something this is the way they were talking after that we checked out that night after listening this.
