Only few staffs are polite and customer focused, rest of them doesn't have the politeness neither carries ethics of guests presences or nor extends help promptly.
2) The rooms has peeled of paints, cockroaches and flies and mosquito and house lizards.
3) The restaurant sometimes in breakfast is alacarte and sometimes buffet have to ask frequently to refill the buffet.
they charge for drinking water bottle included breakfast and doesn't take signature from guests as well.
Hygiene is compromised in restaurant and safety also is a question as staff questions sometimes guests unnecessarily and doesn't operate with RFID system at all..
4) Always guests have to requests on the standard procedures also, example cleaning related, food related, etc....not even a single person during the stay asked how is our stay going on, is everything fine or stay is comfortable or should their be any help required...
