Hotel Guwahati dengan Spa

Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.

Overall rooms, food, service are best and at top. Manager at restaurant Mr. Dawa is so helpful guy. Employees like him are pillar of the hotels. I would request you to please add some TV screen at your Restaurants. Kolkata Vivanta has screens then why not at guwahati..

At my previous booking the allocated room was always at 7th or 8th floor and was spacious incomparison to my this booking. And specifically i always mention room at high floor. And the ac directly opposite to the bed was not working though it was centralized ac but the vents had some problem due to which the air flow was not coming. Otherwise everything was good since i have booked the hotel previously also few times

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my marriage anniversary . The rooms are spacious and airy. Broad corridors , clean lobby, nice cosy restaurant. The staff are very helpful. The food is very tasty and served hot. I plan to come and stay again

Comfortable and hygienic stay with supportive staffs. My children both 3 & 5yrs had a good time. Breakfast buffet was awesome with lots of goodies for kids. Unfortunately my car parked for two days was punctured at the time of checking out, and the staffs were kind enough to repair it without even asking. Prompt response in that too👍🏻 Rating it a little lesser than 5 only for a reason that foods from outside weren’t allowed. Thanks for having us🙏🏻

so far the stay at KiranShree grand had been very excellent. The environment and the ambience is homely The food is delectable and sumptuous and well laid out. The staff is well groomed and well trained. Their behaviour and professional demeanour is of high standard. The outdoor is also scenic and catches everyone’s attention. Mr. Saidul and other staff viz Anjali Nigam and Samikhya are always smiling and ever eager to welcome you.

Rooms are good and clean. Ac and other facilities like wifi, washroom, etc were available. Room service was also good. However few times, there were noone on the reception for taking the queries and other requirements.
