Merhaba ben Menekşe ABANOZ Samsun'da yerel acentayım öğrenci gezisinde Euro Park oteli tercih ettik. Acentalar müdürü sayın Cansu hanım, Bizlerle yeterli bir şekilde ilgilendi ve grubumuzu bekletmeden odalamaları yapıldı otele geç giriş yapmamıza rağmen akşam yemeği verildi. Kahvaltımız açık büfe ve leziz bir kahvaltı yaptık. Mutfak ekibine bizden 5* Ve yüksek memnuniyetle ayrıldık. Cansu hanım ve kordinesinde bulunan ekibine @tatilden turizm olarak teşekkür ederiz.

Vasat vasat vasat Antalya'dan cenaze için gelmiştim. Telefonla rez. Yaptırdım 3 yetişkin 1 bebek. Geldiğimde oda penceresi bile açılmayan içeride sigara içilen bir oda verdiler. Neyse olur dedik diğer oda yine öyle çıktı. Sonrasında standart odada kalmak zorunda kaldık. Cenaze evi yakın olduğu için burada kalmak istemiştim. Tabi odam downgrade olduğu için fiyat farkını sordum. Executive Oda ile standart Oda farkının 150 TL olduğunu söylediler(Nasıl olsa kalacaklar hesabı) Satış mudireleri Sumeyyemi Süreyya mi hanım efendiye özellikle görüşmek istedim. Toplantıda olduğunu söyletip teşrif etmedi. Sonrasında da görüşmek istemediler. Ben cenazeye gidince eşim ve annem kahvaltı yapmak istediler ( Ucretli olarak çünkü saat 12:00 yi geçmişti.) Gelen personelden kahvaltı isteyince. 'Kahvaltı kişi başı 300 TL biliyorsunuz degilmi diye cevap alındı' Bu cümle hizmet sektöründe Kahvaltı saatiniz geçtiği için ekstra ucretlendirilecek denmeliydi. Bu dudum misafir olan Annemizi rencide etti. Kahvaltı çok pahalı diye yemek istemedi. Düşürdüğünuz dudum ortada. Bebeğimiz için gece mama ısıtmak istiyoruz fakat oda ne lambaları söndürünce şu ısıtıcı çalışmıyor . Yani elektrik yok . TV nin arkasından prizi söktük orda elektrigimizi aldık. Gece saat 3:00 bu arda. Resepsiyona söyle şu issittir getirmeleri uzun vakit alacağı için söyleme gereksimi bile duymadım. çıkış yaparken oda fiyatların deskte yazılı olduğunu gördüm. Böylece fiyat farkının 150 TL olmadığını görmüş olduk. Şikayetlerimi bildirmem rağmen arka ofiste çayını yudumlayan yetkililerden kimse duruma el atmadı . Bu arada giriş yaparken çıkan tiplerden otelin kalitesini anlamalıydım. Parayı veren düdüğü çalar hesabı .Çalışanlardan Belboy Nizamettin Bey, Hk departmanında Adem bey ilgili ve herzaman yardım severdi. BURASI BAIA HOTEL GRUBUYLA ALAKASI YOK. HIZMET YOK! ŞİDDETLE TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM .

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

What looks like a lovely hotel as you enter it is plagued by issues. My partner and I were given room 310, we walked in and we're greeted by the stench of smoke. Horrid the whole room stank of it. I called reception and the hotel is apparently fully booked and they couldn't move us the smell made me feel ill and gave my partner a headache. The shower was not cleaned, horrid water and limes ale stains were on it, which could and should have been removed had the room been properly cleaned. The throw for the bed had ugly large stains on it and the toilet seat was loose and crooked. Shocking room. There are a couple plus points however, the downstairs restaurant was pleasant and they even managed to cook up a veggie meal that wasn’t just plain pasta. The decor is also nice overall and had the place been cleaned and maintained properly it could be a lovely hotel to stay in. 4* hotel more like 2 star. I hesitate to think what I would see if I had brought a black light would not recommend even on the cheap.

الفندق جداً جداً جداً ممتاز نظافه وخدمة غرف وكل شي ممتاز كانت من أفضل الرحلات عندي انا والعائلة وأنصح به كثيراً يوجد مواقف سيارات مجانا بالفندق تحت والاستقبال كان اكثر من روعه وخصوصاً الاخت Müzeyyen تتكلم اللغه العربيه ممتاز كانت جداً ممتازه مع عائلتي وأطفالي مهم لكل فندق ان يجعل اشخاص يتحدثون اللغه العربيه لتسهيل اجراءات على المسافرين العرب بشكل عام والخليج بشكل خاص لانهم الاكثر استخداماً للفنادق انا جربت الافطار جميل جداً ولكن لا استطيع التقييم بشكل افضل بسبب كرونا والاجراءات المتبعه لكل فندق الفندق قريب جداً من سوق MARKA MALL وقريب من الحديقه وقريب من محطة القطارات ويوجد بقربه مستشفى ميديكانا انا جربت الغرفه بالزاويه تطل على محطة القطارات اسمها كورنر عند الحجز صراحه الاقامه فيه اكثر من روعه يستحق التقييم 10 /10
