Hotel Gwalior dengan Bar

Stay at Park Inn hotel in Nov 2024 for business purpose for a week. It was a nice and comfortable stay. Location is good. Walking distance from Railway Station and adjacent to DB Mall. Room ambience was good, but less lights, no white light at all. It is difficult to read or work on laptop. However, the hotel's housekeeping staff arranged an extra tubelight iny room on first day itself. There were other minor issues also, like intensity of hot water was less initially, it was resolved after a couple of days. The door of the shower section had a gap from floor, hence water used to drip a lot to wash basin section and had to be mopped off every time. However, the housekeeping staff was very polite and efficient. Especially Mr. Tulsidas, who was always ready to help. So the minor issues didn't trouble much. Probably this issue was only with my room. Food was good. Restaurant staff was also very pilite and always ready to help, going that extra step to ensure that we were served food as per our requirements, everytime. All in all a nice experience. Courtesy and Hospitality outscored the issues faced. I am sure the hotel management will address these issues to make the guest experience even better.

The overall stay experience was good . Food quality is excellent .Hotel maintain proper hygiene and safety standards . Location of hotel is good it’s situated in city center . Railway station is also near.Overall experience of hotel is good

We were at Radisson for 2 nights. The rooms were spacious , the location was good and the food was nice too. The buffet breakfast had a reasonable range and the desi masala chai was too good. The pool was very noisy with many teenagers jumping into the water and there was no control from the hotel management. The toilet had an issue with the overflow of water from the shower area, But the staff was helpful and made it right

The location is easily accessible. Front office staff very cordial. Toiletries abundant. Hot water supply is not an issue. Restaurant gives food of appreciable quality. The only downside is the size of the room. Whereas in the website it is noted to be 25 sq. Mtrs, it cannot be more than 150 to 160 sq. Ft. Accommodates only 2 chairs besides the king size bed. Not spacious enough to accommodate a table on which one can have coffee or snacks. Considering this, the amount charged for the room is more but, the overall experience is nice as the staff are accommodative and helpful.
