Highly disappointed with this booking, during the booking process I had clearly mentioned that we need single bed and to assure made an effort to call and reconfirm as well and same was assured by Ms. Lovely over phone call. I had mentioned her specifically that I should reach hotel by 6 pm since I am driving down from Mussoorie to Gwalior (12 Hrs. Of Drive) But on arrival by 6:30pm we were offered with twin bed and kept us waiting. For good half an hour I was trying to explain and hotel team kept on defending to that extended they mentioned all the premium rooms have only twin beds and when I asked them if that's the case then why there is option of choosing bed between single bed or twin bed. And they kept us on switching room one from another for another 15 minutes then I insisted to meet the ***ager. Then Mr. Mosin came to pacify and tried to make me understand its not a big deal, then help me to understand why it took 45 minutes to offer room as per booking specifications that to checking in 6 hrs late then standard check in time. Confusion continued to restaurant as well, as per my meal plan breakfast & dinner was part of package & for this also I spoke to Ms. Lovely that we have to order from ala carte menu if buffet is not there. After dining at there terrace restaurant I had kept on clarifying about my discussion with Ms. Lovely. It was very embarrassing seating with family and all this stupid stuff and I end up paying additional amount post booking my meal as part of package. I should never recommend this to anyone, please check on ground reality before associating with such kind of hotels. Highly disappointed, I want co****sation against all this harassment and embarrassment. Pramod Dwivedi
