The customer service is quite good. Location is walkable from metro station. Nice view from hotel room. The breakfast buffet is not bad as well in a good price.

Machine parking lot available. 5-10 min walk to a convenience store, 10 min to the nearest subway station, and 20-30 min walk to the touristy places. Spacious room with one super single, and a queen bed - Ideal for 3 people. All was good, but on the day we were there, due to lack of guests, hot water wasn't getting pumped up to the room fast enough (5th floor), but it eventually got warm. No walls, but only a curtain and a glass door between the bed and toilet/shower (I wish i had taken a photo), which made occupants in the room uncomfortable when using. As the name ofthe room suggest, it would be more suited for families.

Hotel is new but I was assigned to a room with window facing the next building - this makes the room very dark. I booked a deluxe twin and I think this is not satisfactory given that I could have booked other options at a much lower rent. Closed to many convenience stores and spots tho (eg Gwangju Brook).

This hotel is clean and no fuss with a fair price. In a good location of Kwangju and looks newly remodeled. Everything had no problems from start to finish. Have no complaints.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Ramada Plaza – a Wyndham property, and the overall experience was fantastic! The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, making it easy to get to the conference venue or the city center. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned, maintaining its excellent condition throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and professional, responding quickly and demonstrating professionalism in check-in, answering questions, and providing assistance with daily tasks. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive and comfortable, making my business trip much smoother. This is a great hotel for business and exchange trips, providing a safe and comfortable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Korea next time.

The condition is clean and the beach is right nearby, so it's good for a walk. The hotel I was going to on a business trip was full, so I made a reservation here, but I think I'll come here again next time.

Great facilities, comfortable beds, pretty lobby and stylish resting area, nice night view of the river and pavilion right in front. Convenience store and Korean restaurant nearby, convenient transportation.

The room was clean! I was a little bothered by the noise from the surrounding rooms, but other than that there were no problems.

Stayed in a business room on the 9th floor. The blanket had holes and was worn out. The pillow had stains. It's a 4-star hotel, but the blanket and pillow management and cleaning were at the level of a neighborhood motel. But it wasn't enough to complain. The bathroom and shower doors didn't close smoothly, so I had to slam them shut with force. The noise and vibration were severe. The problem is that other rooms are the same, and I can barely sleep because of the sound of other rooms' doors opening and closing at night + the vibration. I tried to endure it, but it was too much, so I asked the front desk, but they just said they would check and it wasn't resolved. In the end, I couldn't sleep. I don't want to stay at a hotel where I should be sleeping comfortably because I couldn't sleep.

I guess I had high expectations because it was a 4-star hotel ㅋㅋㅋ The parking lot is small, so they are operating a tower parking lot The room structure is unique It's just like a business room Since you have to wear shoes to enter, the floor of the room is so dirty It feels like it wasn't cleaned properly The location is perfect
