The hotel was huge, and parking was convenient. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the outdoor view was great. The hot springs and gym were all paid facilities, and beauty services were quite expensive! My parents were very satisfied! The breakfast was also quite tasty!! I would like to stay here again next time.

I made good use of the sauna facilities, and it was great to be able to use the swimming pool even on Sunday. The room temperature was just right, and it was nice to be able to open the window and get some cool breeze whenever it felt a bit hot.

I chose this hotel for a family trip with my child. I loved the view of Hwangryongwon Garden, and the location was great for the reasonable price. It's very close to Expo Park. I used the guest discount to use the hot spring sauna, which was a satisfying relief from the long drive. And the outdoor bath on a rainy day! My child and I will remember this experience for a long time.

I was given a room at the back of the hotel, so a large facility blocked the mountain view. It was located in the same area as the staff quarters, so I could hear the noise from the hallway clearly. The distance between the bed and the power outlet was far, so I requested an auxiliary outlet but was refused. The power cord for the kettle was short, so I had to place it on the floor to use it. The lid of the kettle fell off the connector, so I had to reattach it. I suspect they intentionally gave me a bad room because I booked through an external site instead of directly with the hotel.

The view is great, the sauna and hot springs are good, and it is spacious and pleasant~^^ The location is also good, so I highly recommend it~

The facilities were decent and the spa was good. The hotel service is excellent.
